Had to change from a 4 star to a 1. Went inside earlier today and the manager refused service and said I needed to go to the... drive thru. When I asked if I could order she said I'd be waiting and never helped me. My alternator is bad. What good would itdo if my car dies in the middle of the drive thru and now no one gets food? This is one of the gems of the Jack in the Box series. This little restaurant has the best employees and best food. This location needs new people, they don't listen, and they add things to your order, and if you are missing something, or if... they misheard you they give you a confused look and an attitude! I spent a lot of money at this location for my family, but nomore. The service at the drive thru, and inside is terrible! I don't know if this location hired a family to run it, but I cansee why less & less people are seen at this location. They need training, I'm typing this after getting my food, and it is nowcold.
