Manager completely screwed order up then when I said Nevermind just give me a refund , she told me make sure I go get the soda... that she gave me was returned or she wouldn't give me my refund. It was a drive thru order and was completely rude when I toldher it was missing the sandwich. Her name was RUE. I will never return due to how she spoke to me. It was completelyembarrassing as to why I just asked for a refund. This was on decatur and Washington. I usually don't complain but I felt like Iwas under attack when I said there was a sandwich missing. The other employees were super nice. Read more
Order 8 monster tacos and a teriyaki bowl combo, I received my order in a small bag that barely fit my food. I get home and... discover some food was missing from my order. The first clue was the small bag, should have known something would be missing.Second I tried to call them and no one answered the phone after severe attempts. Ordered at the window. Had to repeat the order several times. Not sure if English was her second language. Spent close to $40.... One of the orders was a Delux double cheeseburger. This location is so inconvenient for food drivers. They have a sign saying carry out only. But doors stay looked they see you... but act like they don?t see you. Then you call just for them to not answer. So your only option is to either cancel orders orstay in the very long drive through line. You guys need to do better. Read more
