I only go to this location because it's right by my house but it's never good. I've gone once a year to give them a chance to be... better and always a fail. Last night forgot my drink went back to get it, ordered a chicken sandwich that they apparently didn'thear, added cheese to my other sandwich I didn't ask for, and the worst was the fries. Not even edible, gave them to my dog. Canyou please do better. Read more
There is no Bacon potatoes wedges here to order anymore"loaded fries". The lady taking my order was such nut,not to realize at... one time there was such a thing as loaded potatoes wedges at "Jack in the Box"... Well she did look about 10 years old taking myorder, so maybe she never heard such a thing to be ordered. She just is un-educated when it comes to the history of fast foodand comfort classics that chubby fast food junkies love to eat...... Anyway there as also a police check point on desert Innand Mt. This is the closest location to me and I like the food a lot and I can say the customer service is fine, and the food is always... good, however every time I go there which is during the day! Their shake machine isn't working and it's been like this formonths. They need to get this fixed or if they're lying and just don't wanna make a shake in the middle of a rush, they shouldbe spoken too. Read more
This particular Jack in the Box never seems to produce good food, I can't say why. I've never gotten a meal from there that I... have enjoyed. The burgers are shrinking and they're never prepared in an appetizing way. The staff often seems in disarray. Ihope it can get better, but I would avoid this location if possible. Read more
Homeless in the parking lot. They were close to drive thru speaker box. It was at night and I felt unsafe. I started my order... at speaker box - I completed order at window. I also ordered ice coffee. It was Very very weak. I did not taste coffee flavor itwas diluted. I think drink $3.19. Somewhere around there. It had more of a weak mocha flavor. On the plus side - courteousservice. I'll go back this week and ask for my money back for the drink. I called as soon as I got home to tell them of mydisappointment. I called # on receipt thrice. Are you craving a 930pm shake? Don't come to this Jack in the Box location. Normally Jack in the Box is good about shakes but... not this location. I would rate this 0 stars of I could. Tuesday December 6th 9:36pm was when this bs happened. Whoever theowners are should know they are losing money when this happens. Because I didn't purchase anything after this. If it was busy orsuper late I would understand. But it was 9:36pm and no one else was there. This was caused by pure laziness on the employeesbehalf. It is clearly on the menu lit up. Just serve what is listed. After this I drove to the Nellis and Bonanza location andthey served me and didn't make any issue at all. This location should take notes. Read more
