When it comes to fast food restaurants, good old Jack beats the dickens out of his competitors every time. Jack's "breakfast... anytime" menu is a notable compliment to his regular menu which features a virtual plethora of choices for restaurant patrons nomatter where their taste buds may take them. Drive-thru service is quick and mostly efficient with friendly servers manning thisoption. Wait.....I just can't forget to mention the great shakes offered by this fast food establishment, all of them are "todie for, especially the Oreo shake, my personal favorite. I had a client with me that wanted Jack in the box it was lunch time. they wouldn't let me do two separate orders??? In this... time of expensive gas they expected me to go through the drive-thru order my clients food come back around and buy my food??? Ihad to surrender ...cuz I'm with my client!!!... And!!! there were five cars in the Drive-Thru ahead of me... Mind you when Ipulled in I was the first and only car in the Drive-Thru... Their anti-customer their, anti-environment, their anti-respect forwho gets there first... What's the difference if me and my client come in two separate cars or one car they're anticarpooling!!! This is the second time something has gone wrong with my order at this location. I?m completely missing a milkshake which... unfortunately was the one thing I really wanted from my order. Not to mention one of the issues I?ve had with this location wasgetting a phone call from my doordash driver telling me they witnessed a female worker touch the walls, tables, counters, etcand then without washing her hands make the food that was ordered by many customers that night. Absolutely disgusting. I havey?all two chances. I?m never ordering from here again and I hope y?all get a health violation because that?s just disgusting tonot wash your hands or wear gloves when handling peoples food, I don?t care if you care about your job or not. I started using the mobile app which makes ordering and pickup easier. Order and pay on the app then just pick it up. I wish... they would reopen their lobby so I don't have to wait 5 to 10 minutes in the drive thru because the line gets long at times. Horrible food, they do not change their grease! You can taste old food when you eat the hashbrowns. They give you cold food... that's been sitting and they slap you sandwiches sloppily together with no love. The taste shows it. Not the best location. Depending what on what time you go it?s a hit or miss with your food. The French fries was cold but they did replace them. The... sourdough chicken sandwich was good just wish they used a different piece of lettuce. Ate inside and it?s a clean place and thesoda machine was up to date. If you come here for the morning shift the staff and food are on point. I ordered a Ranch Chicken sandwich combo here todayx... and not only was it hot and tasty, but it looked like one of the photos they take of the food. I was impressed. Fries we hotand fresh and I even got more than I ordered since I ordered a small and the fries were full in the little bag and a bunch morespilled out in the tray. I did not take a photo to share, here read this: I hate people that take photos of their food, so ifyou are a person that takes photos of their food... well... be offended.
