I went there on a Monday night 30 minutes before they closed and the guy working was hanging out near the drive thru speaker and... told me I couldn't order anything. I asked why, and he said they were already closed. I told him the sign says they are openfor another 30 minutes and he said yeah, but they already wiped everything down and they don't want to do it again. It would'vebeen great if they had someone who actually wanted to work. Or at the very least, if they're going to close the restaurantearly, they should turn off the sign. Lame! We just tried to drive thru this location at 11:30 PM on Wednesday night. The 24 hour drive thru light was on but there was a... pickup truck parked to block the drive thru. So I went to the door and could see three employees inside sitting at booths ontheir phones. When I asked through the glass if they were open, they said no. When I asked why, they told me they were?cleaning.? I questioned why they would close to clean and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because theywere ?cleaning the bins? whatever that means. The person I spoke to was very rude. Saturday night at 11pm we went to the drive through of this Jack In The Box. We were turned away at the speaker in the drive... through. We were told they were only taking online orders at their "24 hour drive through." Seriously, the teenager on thespeaker told us that they were open but not really. So we clarified with him, if we left, made an online order, and came rightback, then we could get food?! Yes he said. So, we downloaded the app while sitting in their parking lot and got food. It costus less than 10 extra minutes, but the time is not really the point. The horrible customer experience of being told that theopen store isn't really open unless you jump through some very odd and obviously unnecessary hoops is. Been sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins. Uber eats is taking all of their time. Don?t waste your time at this location if... it?s after 12am. They said they would take my order in 5 minutes and it?s been 10 and haven?t been able to order yet. All I wantis one item. This is ridiculous. Read more
The worst managed jack n the box ever. The employees are awful!! Do not go there!!! Went to the drive thru, was told to park up... front... waited and waited.. seen 5 0r more cars get there orders 1st!!!!! Theyll make you wait a half hour. We order in drive thru jack in the box alot of lazy employees here. the one who give us incomplete order is a Mexican lady... employee.. This location don't get they order right.We went home the order was incomplete there is no sandwich in the bag .Myhusband was very upset. he doesn't want to drive back to complain this location only is the only jack in the box thats like likethis. never again.poor customer service.make sure you check your orders before you leave don't trust this lazy employee in jackin the box.im sorry I'm being honest.
