I ordered a bacon ultimate cheese burger and i had to tell the girl 3 times what i wanted and she rung it up as plain. I didn't... want plain i wanted all the condiments. This is typically a really fast JITB location, food comes out to you hot. However over the last couple of months, they are... always backed up in the drive-thru, backed up inside and the employees stand around waiting for the food. They give no onedrinks, cups, anything while you wait. It is unreal how fast this location has deteriorated. Read more

I went here at midnight and was speaking on the speaker for assistance and there was no answer, pull up at the window to get... help and employee didn't want to take our other because he missed us and took care of the next car and told us to go back inline or go park to the front and reverse back after next car leaves, and then take our order.. so much drama that he made andhad the third car leave. And he shut the window while I try to explain to take my order, so while he helps the next car my foodcould be made as well. He got mad and refuse service at the end I came out of my car knock at the window and said I wasn'tleaving until he takes my order than he finally did and my husband was so fed up and irritated with all the argument and didn'twant nothing. No hash browns inside the burrito; no hash browns in GENERAL. I got French fries for breakfast, vanilla coffee does not taste... like vanilla, it tastes like regular black coffee. Other than that, staff was really polite and nice. The only thing is it seemslike they didn?t care this morning. Very displeased. Read more
Did drive through. The person asked what i was ordering multiple times which i could almost see past if it wasn't for his rude... mannerism . He was just waiting to give me my fries which didn't have to be cooked up joking around with manager. Wastingtime. Read more
