Asked for a bacon ultimate and they f forgot the bacon, are you kidding me and I try calling and they don?t answer
The afternoon service and food here sucks. All the employees are very short with you, act like it?s such an inconvenience to... serve you. Then you are told to pull into the parking lot and the food will be out in a minute. Be ready to wait at least 10-15minutes. And after all that the food is horrible. Fries are burnt, buns are so dry you have to take them off, sauce tastesexpired, this place just really needs a huge rework. Read more

I have had a lot of small bad experiences here but nothing worth leaving a review. Today was exceptionally bad. I work at... Starbucks and I understand what it is like to deal with a fast pace work environment - I have a lot of understanding &compassion for employees in the service industry. However, I made multiple attempts to be kind with the employees and they allwere short and had no interest in being kind or making small talk. It wasn?t too big of a deal, I could tell they were stressed.The WORST part of this jack in the box is that they put everyone in their very crammed parking lot and make them wait for theirfood to not bring down their drive times. After waiting for 25 minutes in the parking I noticed that 4 cars that ordered afterme had received their food then left. I tried to ask an employee and she ignored me. I asked the next employee who ignored me atfirst but I had to keep trying to get her attention and she finally addressed me. I politely let her know that I had beenwaiting for 30 minutes and everyone who ordered after me was gone. She did not apologize or show any care, she just told meshe?d grab my food. A few minutes later another employee brought out my food. There was NONE of the sauces I asked for AND theyalways have a receipt in the bag with a written description of your car. There was no receipt. I feel as though my order wasforgotten which is OKAY - it happens. What I do not appreciate is the lack of maturity and care from the girls working. Itleaves me feeling very negative when I tried to be kind and was not treated with respect or care. I also feel like it?s notappropriate to throw everyone in your parking lot for EVERY ORDER? how can the company keep any tabs on your service rates? Theyneed to keep people in the drive thru for longer to control the traffic - not shove everyone in a crowded place. It?s hard forthe employees to even find the cars because it?s so unorganized.
