Ordered from Ubereats and had I known it was Chili's masquerading around as a cool new wing place I would have NEVER ordered... here. We tried to order online to give them a try. The location is online ordering only as you will see below... we tried multiple... credit cards and their system would not accept them. We tried calling and no answer. We then showed up to make an order and themanagers response was, "we cannot accept in store orders, only online orders." We then went then went on to explain that theironline payment system is not working. His simple response was... " I can't help it... its online ordering only." He then walkedoff. They have terrible customer service, just like other post they don?t look at the ?board? when you check in. Checked in 3 times... no one came out to my spot after waiting 15 minutes past my order time, went in and found my stuff sitting cold on there rack.Then mistake on my part but didn?t check before I left and my full order was not filled. We?ve ordered twice. The first time was awesome, food was delicious and they were very generous with the fries. However we... ordered two nights ago and the boneless wings raw and obviously inedible. Even though it was delicious the first time I don?tthink we?ll be going back. Read more
Had a terrible experience with pick up. They tell you to wait in the car for your order when you check in the Togo spot. 15... minutes later , fed up walked inside and my food was just sitting there. The number in the email was disconnected ( not theright number to the chili?s )obviously my food was cold and soggy by the time I got home. Horrible communication. Bonelesswings were terrible ! I don't even know how we found this place but so thankful we did!! Great wings period. We tried lemon pepper, Cajun, and ranch... which were all dry rubs. The seasonings were on point. I do wish there was a littler more seasoning on the wings since the favorwas so good. But I do feel like if there was too much seasoning they might become salty so I get it. The wings were reallycrispy. I got honey Chipotle on the side and that sauce was great. I also got Sante Fe but wasn't impressed. It just tasted likea southwestern salad dressing. Not bad but not for me. The curly fries.... They could have been crisper and definitely lacked inseasoning, underwhelming considering the wings were so delicious. The prices are really good actually. Especially since thewings come with curly fries and ranch on the side. Also, throw in a few napkins please! Wish I had taken pictures but we atethem so fast I forgot to! Ordering is a little clunky. I had to repeat my entire order to the person on the phone to verify itwas my order. Since you order through Google it uses your online profile which my name is Jessica but my profile says "Jessie".Apparently that gave the representative some trouble. I had to call even though on the sign when you pull into the To Go areasays "someone will be with you shortly". Please keep in mind that It's Just Wings is located inside of Chili's!! Unfortunately the wings were under cooked by several minutes which resulted in a rubbery product and the meat did not easily... pull off the bone. Read more
