I would give this place 5 stars if the server where more attentive. First it took her 10 minutes to go greet us and get the... drink orders. Food was good I got the pasta with seafood, and my boyfriend had the salmon. He asked her to substitute thespinach for asparagus and she said she couldn’t substitute she could add a side with additional cost. We said it was fine. Thefood came to the table but no asparagus. Then the server came by and we asked her where’s the asparagus she said she forgot toadd the asparagus because was too slow and she was talking and forgot things. Then she brought some bread apologizing about theasparagus. The asparagus finally came after we finished the whole meal. We still left her some tip so she can pay food runnersand busser cause they seem to know what they doing. Read more
This is a great Italian restaurant. The food is very very good. We enjoyed their dishes. We tried shrimp Alfredo, pasta dish,... bread basket and some wine. Really felt going to a high end restaurant. It's always crowded, but you should be able to getseating in about 30 minutes. The prices are a little expensive, but the food quality is equal to it. The service was really goodand the staff does a great job. I highly recommend to try this restaurant. Read more
Unfortunately didn't have the best experience here. Service was subpar, did not feel very welcome at all. Portions were very... small for the very high price (think there were 8 pieces of ravioli in my meal,see pic) and they charged for bread which I'venever seen. I did see though they have amazing happy hour drink deals though but didn't get to try any as I wouldn't be back. Read more
A 5 star dinner! The bread, the pizza and the pasta where amazingly delicious. The waiter spoke Italian and the Italian beer was... cold and crispy. A place we certainly recommend. We will stop by at our next trip to LV. Read more
This was a very nice, classy, and authentic Italian restaurant! The shrimp Alfredo was perfect (best I've had in my 34 years of... existence). The shrimp were big and plump and you could tell that the Alfredo sauce was homemade; you could taste the butter andthe sauce. We had one night in Las Vegas and decided to go to Il Fornaio in the New York New York Hotel for dinner. They served us amazing... food which was exactly what we wanted as we were dining with friends. The restaurant was spotless and nicely decorated on theinside. There is a sort of outdoor seating area but what you need to remember this is all contained within the New York New YorkHotel. I would recommend dining inside as its a nicer ambiance in my opinion! The staff were extremely friendly, courteous andvery attentive! Our server was extremely helpful as he explained any dishes we had queries about and described the specials indetail. I have to say the food really was amazing! We ordered bread for the table and they served it with olive oil andBalsamic! It was delicious! The bread was crusty and hard on the outside, but light on the inside which is just what youwant! For the entree I ordered the "Norcina Con Pollo" Gnocchi and I thought it was incredible! The gnocchi was cooked perfectlyand the flavour of the sauce was rich and creamy. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate bread pudding and it was lovely andlight to finish with of top of our meal. See the images that I have attached, my partner order the "Paccheri Alla Vodka" and ourfriend ordered the "Casonzei Alla Zucca"! We all enjoyed our dishes! For me, the meal was one of the best italian dishes I'vehad so far in my visits to America so far. If you are in Las Vegas and you if enjoy Italian Food, I highly recommend that youmake your way to the New York New York Hotel and get a table at Il Fornaio for food! You will not be disappointed! Il Fornaio serves amazing Italian Food. I visited close to closing time, unlike another restaurant they made seating for me,... the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and attention. The food was outstanding, the bread I received prior to the mealwas outstanding. It was crusty and hard on the outside, but light on the inside. It is extremely easy to get full prior to themeal, due to the bread tasting so good. The pasta was incredible. The pasta is homemade and flavor is unmatched. The pastasauce I ordered was also incredible, it had a great balance of flavor. I highly recommend Il Fornaio if you enjoy Italian Food. Read more
