In todays times with "silent quitting" it is refreshing to see the staff, waitresses, and entire team going the extra mile for... the customers like me. I work in service too and I appreciate the staffs extra effort. Getting that extra butter, refills, andserving with a smile. To top it off I found out on my next visit, the server, Daniella, was the manager. Managers who lead byexample, walk the walk, really help the staff to aspire for more. If you want a tasty meal, with smiles from all the staff,IHOP Sahara / Ft apache, is the place. Try it, your like it. I did and now that is a regular place for me. This is one of the worst restaurants that I visited from IHOP. The fruit salad was mix with fresh and old fruit. The old fruit... was bitter. I have to mentioned that our waitress Jackie was exceptional. Read more
