Kim the waitress gives impeccable service. As busy as she is her delivery is spot on. She makes good eye contact, listens to... your order and delivers the delicious food flawlessly according to your specifications. The food comes out hot and in a timelymanner. This is going to be one of the top family bars in the city. The bartenders are personal and friendly, live music every night,... and even the owner himself makes an appearance often to just say hello to his guests. The food tastes like a home cooked meal,and it truly is a place that feels like youve been invited into a warm home. Travis had the best attitude and personality, anddefinitely has fun there. First impressions is everything?? I had the sheer pleasure of meeting the owner who was quite pleasant. Awesome customer service... from Sherry was delightful. The food was not only served quickly but also quite delicious. When was the last time you actuallytasted all of the seasoning in your food? You definitely will here. P.S. First time there. For sports watching and gaming, it looks to be good. Dining has a separate room, which is nice. Service was... nice, food just ok. Prime rib w potato. Salad is just head lettuce. They have live singing and smoking with the gaming side.The website made it out to be more exciting than the actual experience. Read more
More like 4.5 stars. Food was delicious! I got one of the daily specials which was a Prime Rib Dinner. It comes with a side... salad, the prime rib, a baked potato, and some veggies. The service was good. They had live music which was really great. Themusic wasn't too loud which was really nice compared to other places that I have been where you had to shout to talk to theperson sitting next to you. There was also a dance area for patrons to dance to the music. Was super cute. I definitely planon coming back again. Read more
I hate to say anything negative about this place, but I have to be honest about my experience... Full disclosure, I know the... owner and always have liked and respected him. We were seated immediately. Our server came and greeted us 3 minutes after wesat down. She introduced herself and asked if we were ready to order. We did. The breakfast menu is a little bit on the priceyside, but the dinning room was exceptionally clean and appealing. I am a cook myself, so I naturally checked the room out tosee how many tables have already ordered to estimate how long the order will take to be delivered. I was delighted to say thatthe order was delivered in a timely manner, for the number of tables that were there I have to be honest and say that ourServer was a mess. We could not get refills of our drinks. (I actually had to remind her that she didn't bring mine.) She didn'tbring my toast and said it was coming out, but never brought it. I usually try and get the attention of the server in asituation like this, but my attempts to get her attention was impossible. I never got my toast. When she bought the bill and Ibought it to her attention about the toast, she apologized and said that she got busy. My friend, who was dinning with me andwas using a credit card, discovered that she left the Bill with no pen to put his signature on the receipt. We had to waitanother 5 minutes for her to come back to the table to pick up the check. Read more
