Reviews for Hugo's Cellar in Las Vegas, NV
Amazing dinner and service. Such a quaint little place and they treat you right here. Your meal comes with a salad, bread,... sorbet and chocolate covered strawberries. The cocktail prices were reasonable and very good. Get the chocolate martini. It wasour anniversary and they brought us a chocolate lava cake with a little scoop of ice cream and a candle and took a picture of usand gave us a signed card from our servers. Food was really good as well. I had the petite surf and turf and my husband had theprime rib. He loved the garlic mashed potatoes and I had the au gratin potatoes. The meals came with asparagus also. Every ladygets a long stem rose. Really enjoyed this place. Read more
One of the best places I have eaten and EXCEPTIONAL service! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a rose!... Once you are seated, you are given a bread basket accompanied by butter shaped like a rose. After bread, your server comesaround with a table side preparation of salad. You are offered many different options to add to your freshly prepared salad. After dinner, you are given a little cone of raspberry sorbet to cleanse your palette. The menu offers many options for anupscale dinner. We chose the “celebration scallops” and couldn’t have been more happy with our selection as they probablywere the best we ever had! After dinner is cleared, you are given a hot towel to clean your hands. Lastly, a tray of chocolatecovered strawberries, apricots and figs are served along side a dish of cream to dip them in. Hugo Cellars is a treasure thatshould not be missed! Read more
Started off with a great lemon drop and beer with a super friendly bartender while we waited to be seated. We enjoyed the entire... meal. There was a large and very loud party near us, this caused us to eat quickly, as it was not the most romantic conversationever. Not the fault of Hugo's, but it happened. The salad bar was absolutely cool! It was nice to have that included and thebread and butter was yummy as well. Read more
Mind blown! Our waiter was phenomenal! Everything was so good. I wish I could include smell-o-vision for the bananas flambé, we... did not get this for desert (because our belly was full from the appetizer, salad, and main course) but it smelledHEAVENLY! 20/10 recommend. Every course was on point, no exception. Drinks, appetizer, salad, main course, and chocolatecovered strawberries with real whipped cream were so so good. Highly suggest anyone staying in or around Vegas go to Hugo’sfor a once in a lifetime restaurant experience! I’m so glad we had the opportunity and could go! Read more
WOW, what a great place to eat in Vegas. The staff was super nice and the food was excellent. Each lady dining received a long... step rose placed at the table and wrapped in foil upon leaving. Each dinner is served with 2 types of bread, which I forgot tosnap a photo of. A hand made salad right in front of you that the server goes over the options as he makes it. Don't let thephoto fool you, it was a pretty good salad. I just happen to like dressing a little too much. I ordered the Maple Bourbon DuckBreasts. You have a verity of options to add to the plate. I chose the Asparagus along with a wild grain rice which wasfantastic. What is also not pictured is the smallest of a Raspberry Sorbet Cones. This came between the salad and main course.I think as a pallet cleanse but it is a nice little touch. The desert pictured is also part of your meal. This was the WhiteChocolate Covered Strawberries, Figs and a small cup of Whipped Cream. It all blended very nicely and was the perfect amount offood. Leaving full, but not bloated and no need to take anything home. We threw back several Espresso Martinis which were alsovery good. They come in a small carafe on ice which gives you about 1.5 drinks. I believe it was $14 each. Very good deal. Icould not recommend this place enough. And of course it is located in a Casino on Fremont Street so the night topped off withthat whole area. I will mention for those who are sensitive. The Casino is a smoking Casino and is an older one. Not the bestwalks of life and not the cleanest. But it does NOT reflect on Hugo's. They were everything but that. You cannot smoke in theRestaurant. You will need to walk a minute to get to the bathroom which is located in the Casino so there is that as well. Forus, not a big deal. All and all, my favorite place to eat in Vegas thus far. Maye next trip will bring us someplace else butthis will be in the rotation forever. Read more

Excellent dining experience. Best service we've had at a restaurant in years. Everyone from the host, the sommelier, the... waiter, and the rest of the team were friendly and extremely attentive. The details here make the difference. A rose for eachlady, sorbet to cleanse the palate between servings, and a hot hand towel to clean your hands were wonderful touches. The foodwas just as good! Special thank you to our waiter, Art. Can't wait to go back. Read more
