10/15/22. First of all the ice cream was 5/5. Just poor customer service. New policy of no samples. Handels has some unique... flavors so the no samples thing is super lame. I?m not going to spend $5 on a whole scoop of ice cream that I end up disliking.After ordering an adult scoop of ice cream, I ordered 2 baby cones for my kids in the car. The young man said, ?oh?yeah?actuallythe baby cones are only for little kids or babies.? I replied ?yeah, I?ve got two little kids in my car right now.? Hands down the best ice cream spot in the country right now. Soooooo where do I start? The flavor, the creaminess, the service, ... the amount of flavors, this place checks all the boxes! On the sign it says made fresh daily and that must have something to dowith it. The ice cream is just sooooo flavorful. If you were to close your eyes and take a bite of every flavor they had youwould know EXACTLY what you were tasting and that even goes for some of their more random flavors such as carmel apple orsmores. My favorite was the coconut cream pie and was really bummed to find out that it was a seasonal option and was rotatedout for new flavors for now. Another one that really stood out was their watermelon icee. Wow! Just sooooo punch you in yourmouth with flavor! Las Vegas is hot, but the line is long but moves quick as everyone knows about this cool down spot. Theyhave a few benches to sit and eat your ice cream or there was alot of people sitting on their truck beds eating like we did. Onething I would recommend here is to order their 4scoop sampler. We always order this and we each get 4 different flavors andpass around the container so we get to try everything! There is not a flavor on the menu that isn't good, welll except greentea. Been there several times and get the quarts to go. They hand pack very fairly just the way Alice Handel would approve of. The... ice cream is fantastic. Creamy and full of flavor. Natural ingredients. Expensive but worth it. Always busy but the linemoves quickly. Black raspberry is my go to flavor but going to try salted caramel chocolate next! Read more

Great place to get that creamy yummy homemade feel ice cream! It?s a take to go place so there?s no place to dine in but there?s... benches outside. I had an ice cold creamy pecan praline that was heavenly and soft with just enough crunchy pecans. Hubby gothimself the blue monster which was a lighter blue than the photos but he enjoyed it. The blue is a mystery so we?ll keep it amystery for now. We found a coupon online under Valpack for 2 waffle cones single scoop for $7.50 and they were quite generouswith the scoops. The store looks old-fashioned and I expected something simple yet good old-fashioned real ice cream. A guy was taking our... orders and making them. He was very nice. I ordered 4 sample scoops, vanilla, pistachio, strawberry, and chocolate almondflavors, and they were not good at all! Basically, they are very low-quality ice cream. I couldn?t taste cream period. It wassimply low-quality, sugary goo. They probably use gum or some strange ingredients to make the creaminess. The strawberry,pistachio, chocolate flavors, and colors are all imitations. So little bit of pistachio and almond pieces which are alsoflavorless. The prices are good but now I know why. They are not spending on quality ingredients. Read more

One of the best ice cream shop near by our place. I have been here before but never did a review. This place needs to be... recognized for their friendly and efficient staff. The line can get a little long sometimes but the staff are good taking careof their customers. I ordered an extra think vanilla milk shake this time instead of my normal scoop order. I saw how muchvanilla ice creams and vanilla extract they put to make my milk shake the thickest I?ve ever had. It was yummy, my husband had avanilla ice cream sandwich. Great flavors but I'm docking a star for portion size. I've eaten at other locations and the portions are significantly larger.... These were notably small and one of our orders was given to the wrong person and we got hassled about it. They ultimately remadeit but we thought for a moment that they were going to try and charge us to remake it. If the flavors hadn't been so strong, Iwould have given one or two less stars for the overall experience. Read more
