By far one of the worst Ramen I've ever had in a restaurant. Maybe it was an off day. The broth was thick and salty, the meat... was dried out plus cold and the pile of diced raw onions was overwhelming and misplaced. The egg was cold but atleast wascooked correctly, it was the only part I enjoyed. No way this place is Japanese owned but I feel they could much better if itis. If you are looking for Japanese traditional Ramen, so this place for you. It's highly recommended to try everything out here.... Clean and cool, fast service and excellent interior, great experience and professional support. Be sure about food you areordering, there's different types and styles. All my friends very happy with this place ??. Good for families and lunches withcoworkers. Don't forget to give them some tips ????, cause it's a small business. Quick & delicious Ramen, close to the airport & the strip! The broth of the Tonkotsu Ramen was thick and wonderful & the noodles... were cooked perfectly. Even the soft boiled egg had great texture & flavor. Will be back for sure! Read more
Jigoku ramen was amazing, broth was rich and spicyness level was perfect for me (think it was level 3). The chashu buns and the... takoyakis were nice, and the miso ramen we got was reportedly good as well. Read more
The food was great. Had the curry udon, wifey had the hell. The service was not very good. Only had three tables and I still had... to get up to ask for more napkins even after I tried to flag down the server who was right next to our table. I would advisegetting extra napkins if you need when you order your food cause you might not see your server after that. The ginger tea coldwas very tasty, and would recommend. Update, really wanted to loke this place so gave it another try one month later. We wereseated right away and another party came in 5 mins later and was seated next to us. The waitress went to the other party firstto ask them for their order and we hadn't even been asked yet what we wanted to drink. I told the wifey let's leave and told thewaitress they didnt even ask for our drink and we was there 1st. We will not be giving them a 3rd try. In response to yourresponse, we were rdy to order and she never asked if we were rdy to order she just went right to the other table. There wasonly one other table other then our till the couple came in after us and two waitresses, if you guys can't handle three tablesthat poor business practices. Good luck Read more
As an Asian, I recommend Hana. Noodle is good, not over cooked, pork soup taste light not rich enough, but here is America not... Japan, they have to adjust the flavor so that I could accept it. Everything is Not perfect but I am satisfied with it becauseHana is much better than other Ramen here. I have to say the egg is great, I have come here 3years, and always make the egg Imyself, it is the first time I get the perfect boiled Japan egg in America Japanese restaurant. Read more
Gyosa: delicious and hot temperature. Chicken Ramen: chicken was very overcooked. Broth was good. Egg was cold. Curry Ramen:... Pork was tepid, egg was cold, broth was good. Service was great. Our waitress was adorable, attentive, and really made theplace nice. The Manager was yelling at staff then stormed out on the phone calling someone saying he 2as desperate for peopleto come to work. He made it so we won't be back. I will not support a hostile environment. Read more
Small place but amazing Ramen. I went with a group and we tried everything from Vegan Miso Ramen to Chicken Ramen. Everyone... loved the Ramen in here. I have definitely tried better vegan ramen but this ramen still gets a 5 star. Read more
