First off I rarely misjudge restaurants. I was very surprised by the quality and fulfilling dishes here. I have been to the SF... and Beverly Hills locations also. They were equally well represented. Las Vegas Hakkasan does very well for display, flavor,temp, quality, and atmosphere. Read more

Reservation is needed. More of a romantic feel. They asked us if there was a special occasion. We said it is out birthday... month. They are very attentive to our needs. When our food came out sure named them. Our waitress was very knowledgeable. Ihad Vegan Dim Sum Basket. It was good did not like any of the sauce that came with it. I like sweet sauce they had pineapplesauce just have to ask for it. Also had Vegetable Fried Rice. It had a nice flavor to it. For a side I had BabyBok Choi andSnap Peas. For desert I had Spikey Lemon. It was great every bite was delicious enjoyed it a lot. They gave us some littlecake for our birthday which was great each got a different flavor. Read more

Recommend utilizing concierge to make reservation. Located inside the MGM Grand. The staff was friendly, helpful with... selection, and made our experience memorable. From start to finish absolutely lovely. The calamari is perfectly fried, so light and delicious. And the duck salad is a must,... it is truly delightful. The chicken dumplings were unique and tasty. Very generous portions, easy to share each plate. Read more

This place is definitely overpriced, but that is to be expected for all the hype surrounding it. My issue is not necessarily... with the price, but the overall quality of the meal. The short ribs were overbearingly salty, so much so It was too hard to notoverlook it. The texture of the short rib was melt in your mouth in how it was so easy to break apart, but the saltiness broughtthe overall dish down. The highlight of the meal for me was the Hong Kong fried rice side dish, which was not too greasy and hadsome amazing flavors.
