Wow Wow Wow!!! is all I could say when my wife and I decided to dine in at Haiti kitchen. We had never eaten Haitian food before... and now we can?t stop. I had the King Crab Legs & Shrimp. My wife had Chicken stew with white Rice & Bean Sauce. I highlyrecommend this dine in spot topped with the 5 star service It is definitely a stop you want to take that someone special to.Thank you guys for bringing a slice of the Haitian culture to Las Vegas. All of the reviews are accurate. Customer service is outstanding, food is even better. Our appetizers were Marinade, Akra, and... Pate. All were A1. Our entrees were oxtails and Tasso Cabrit. Both were 10/10. We ate inside which had a traditional Haitianrestaurant feel with Haitian music and Haitian themed wall art to give that authentic Caribbean feel. Super clean restaurant.This place was totally worth leaving the tourist area. Only a 15 mins uber ride from Caesar Palace area. HIGHLY HIGHLYRECOMMENDED!!! Read more

My family and I decided to try this restaurant after watching a tv special on Haitian cuisine. I will say, the moment you walk... in, you're greeted with people who are super friendly, which isn't always normal for Las Vegas. Our server was outstanding -wish there were more servers like her. My family ordered the Pate, Chicken Stew, Griot, and Tasso Cabrit. We loved every entreethat we ordered!! The attached picture is the Griot...just to showcase how exquisite and appetizing the plating looks.Definitely recommend everyone to come visit this establishment. If you're visiting, take a taxi/Uber and come visit... it'sworth it! The only downfall is that this place isn't open everyday. The restaurant is very clean which I enjoy too! Wow, this place really blew my expectations. I was very surprised to find a Haitian restaurant in Las Vegas, but I just knew I... had to try it before I left. Now I?ll be honest- I didn?t have very high expectations as it?s very hard to find good authenticHaitian food outside of Haiti, NY or FL. My first impression of the place was that it was so clean and cute! It had beautifulwall art and the overall theme really captured the Haitian culture. I would give ambiance and decor a 5/5. The customer servicewas great from the time we walked in. We were greeted and welcomed with warm smiles. We were seated promptly and our foods cameout very quickly. Our server was amazing! She was very personable and checked on us frequently. Even other staff stopped by tomake sure we were enjoying our meal. Customer service was a 5/5 in my book. Now to the juicy part- the food. I am not lying whenI say that was some of the best Haitian food I?ve tasted in a minute. Everything tasted so good. From the legume, to the rice,to the pickliz? my mouth is watering thinking about it. Even the drinks were great and tasted like my grandma made them herself. I will give the food a 10/5. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice for a family outing to try something new within Las Vegas. The food was flavorful, but... on the slaty side for my plate.The wait was lengthy, but the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
