This is the best restaurant in Boulder Station ...at least on Mondays. I enjoy this place, the atmosphere is super relaxed, the... staff are cool and reserved. It?s a relatively small establishment but does have a Mexican restaurant feel. The steak was cooked well but lacked a tremendous... amount of seasoning and flavor. The beans and rice were tasty but could have been a bit warmer. The garlic shrimp dish alsolacked seasoning. However, the shrimp were cooked perfectly. This place use to be great about 3 years ago. Service has greatly diminished. Went in for some fajitas and waited a half hour to... be brought the wrong order. Instead of them just leaving the plate I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct myorder. By then I was no longer hungry because I was upset from having to wait so long. The waiters intentionally took their timeand the staff was laughing when they saw that we were upset. They won?t be getting anymore of my money. Don?t waste your time atthis tourist trap. My husband and I wanted to eat at this restaurant for the longest and we finally had the chance to go, worst decision... ever. Food was bland, not cooked how we asked and just awful. My steak was super dry and the bacon wrapped shrimp smelled likeif it was old bacon, we honestly didn't even finish the food. It's definitely overpriced for the low quality food theyserve. The staff was very pleasant. From the hostess to the waiter to the bus-person, they were all very nice but the food has... definitely taken a dive. I used to come here often since it?s so close to home and now the food is not good and the beans I wasgiven were sour. Sucks to see such a nice restaurant go down. It?s spacious and lovely interior. The food is not bad for good price either. The service? Depends on the waiter?
The food was great but the service wasn't so great, our waiter didn't check on us to see if we needed our drinks refilled till... it was time to pay or if everything was okay. I still did leave my 20% tip because I'm good person but maybe next time I'llgive it a try again. Read more
This is located inside Boulder Station. This a nice little restaurant. The menu has a few different options to choose from.... Tortillas, Fajitas, tacos, surf and turf, and some different styles of soup. The tortillas were excellent freshly made, alongside with steak. Shrimp wrapped in bacon with cheese melting out of them. Offers a variety of Margaritas to drink. The friedice cream was delicious, cinnamon tasting with a crumbling crust to it with the right amount of sweet to tantalize your tastebuds. It was just under $60.00 for 2 people. Would not suggest for a quick bite, more like a dinner with your boyfriend orfriends. A place you can sit down to talk, enjoy your meal, and relax. Read more
