Awful app system. Ordered and after over an hour called and called no one would pick up. Finally called a different number and... was given the manager number. The lady on the phone said I would have to pick up my food but would not refund delivery charge.Told her to cancel since I paid for delivery. Will be disputing this charge with my bank. Don't order with this restaurant.Total rip off. Read more
I usually like the chicken inasal but this time it was just bad, it was dry and overcooked, or had been sitting there since the... day before or something! Please do better! I know I should?ve bought something else as it looked like most of the food wasn?tfresh anymore but when you are hungry a turo turo place is the way to go except this time! Customer service has since improved since my last encounter with Grill City. Visited two years ago customer service was bad. I... edited my review because I would like to add my latest encounter (2/25/22) with Grill City I ordered 2 different platters butwhen I picked up my orders they were two of the SAME kind. I didn't check the tray before I left thinking whoever prepared myorders will not mess it up after all it is only two orders. But when I got to my destination, I was really disappointed andfrustrated to see that my orders was messed-up. Too late to drive back, our get together already started and it was at least a20 miles drive. I checked the receipt (thinking maybe the person who took the order made a mistake) it is indeed 2 differentorders on the receipt. How can they have messed it up. Please clean up your act Grill City customers go through great lengths topatronize your business. Read more

For me the food is always great... what I always have a problem with is the disorganization with the staff. Slow and... inefficient process to get food. Sometimes it takes so long we loose our appetite waiting. Read more
I just move in to the area and was so excited to try Filipino foods but My husband and I were so disappointed. I got the wrong... order. The kare kare doesn?t comes with shrimp paste. Chicken adobo is like a bone adobo, you can barely eat the meat. Over all,the foods were disgusting. My husband throw it all. It?s a waste of money. Read more
Beware of their coffee jelly. I bought yesterday 2/3 and i found out that it was expired! Taste sour! It?s been 9days since it... was packed. Should be only good for 3 or 4days since packing day but it?s been there for sale for 9days! First time eating at this Pinoy business in a while, but besides grilled meats, good to decent street foods, sweet desserts, and... vegetable dishes to eat. One of many restos inside the bigger Seafood City market area. Salamat po! Yum Read more
