Awful app system. Ordered and after over an hour called and called no one would pick up. Finally called a different number and... was given the manager number. The lady on the phone said I would have to pick up my food but would not refund delivery charge.Told her to cancel since I paid for delivery. Will be disputing this charge with my bank. I usually like the chicken inasal but this time it was just bad, it was dry and overcooked, or had been sitting there since the... day before or something! Please do better! I know I should?ve bought something else as it looked like most of the food wasn?tfresh anymore but when you are hungry a turo turo place is the way to go except this time! Customer service has since improved since my last encounter with Grill City. Visited two years ago customer service was bad. I... edited my review because I would like to add my latest encounter (2/25/22) with Grill City I ordered 2 different platters butwhen I picked up my orders they were two of the SAME kind. I didn't check the tray before I left thinking whoever prepared myorders will not mess it up after all it is only two orders. But when I got to my destination, I was really disappointed andfrustrated to see that my orders was messed-up. Too late to drive back, our get together already started and it was at least a20 miles drive. I checked the receipt (thinking maybe the person who took the order made a mistake) it is indeed 2 differentorders on the receipt. How can they have messed it up.
