This is THE. BEST. Pizza in Las Vegas! It is absolutely worth the small drive/ride from the strip. This restaurant is so clean... and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hummus was outstanding & the homemade pita bread was even better. The 10? pizzawas more than enough for one person; my husband and I both had leftovers. The pizza crust has a great homemade yeasty flavorwith just the right amount of ?chew? to the texture. Giovanni makes the best margarita pizza I have ever had. We will mostcertainly be back! Absolutely amazing food. We ordered a hummus with pita bread and two pizzas. One was the Giovanni?s special and one was a... margarita pizza. Well that was a surprise. We had the Veggie Supreme Pizza and it was not like anything I had before. We added some pepperoni... in case the veggies weren't enough. Dam, that was a good Pizza. Almost veggie overload Everything tasted fresh, some were crisp.but that sauce! I am very cautious with sauce due to my stomach issues. I do not know exactly what sauce it was but it went downwell. It was very tasty without overpowering the veggies. We had the 16" but I could barely finish my second piece. My wife wasnot that successful and saved hers for later. Excellent dining experience. My first time trying Giovannis Pizzeria and Mediterranean Grill. I had gotten a menu in the mail... and was curious. I ordered a gyro sandwich with fries and it was delicious. The pita bread was fresh made in house and all theingredients were very fresh and tasty. No plastic utensils or paper plates for dining in the restaurant. A real placement, areal place and metal utensils. Giovanni personally checking on me several times to make sure i was enjoying my lunch. I will beback! Read more
