This is THE. BEST. Pizza in Las Vegas! It is absolutely worth the small drive/ride from the strip. This restaurant is so clean... and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hummus was outstanding & the homemade pita bread was even better. The 10? pizzawas more than enough for one person; my husband and I both had leftovers. The pizza crust has a great homemade yeasty flavorwith just the right amount of ?chew? to the texture. Giovanni makes the best margarita pizza I have ever had. We will mostcertainly be back! Absolutely amazing food. We ordered a hummus with pita bread and two pizzas. One was the Giovanni?s special and one was a... margarita pizza.
