Reviews for Garden Buffet in Las Vegas, NV
It looks like there would be a wait. A long wait. The line moves quickly. Quickly as your belly gets full of every delicious... entree prepared. We were so full there was no room to hit the dessert bar. Our service was helpful and attentive. The drinkswere filled and the table was clear of clutter Read more
Price was on the cheap end of casino buffets... and the main reason we went is they were actually open when most other buffets... were closed. In hindsight we would have passed. The food was bland, the meats were dry, quality was missing...basically thecasino version of an OCB or Golden Corral. If you're visiting Vegas and want the full experience make reservations in advanceand book a high end buffet instead. If you're looking for nourishment only, this will do. Read more
$15 buffet! You're going to get what you pay for. The service is pretty great though! Attentive wait staff and your drink is... never empty. If you're on a budget, not a terrible spot to hit. You can easily pay for your meal in one or 2 hands of blackjack. Read more
The most economical buffet in Las Vegas. My husband likes the prime rib the most. He likes it so much that we ate there 3 days... in a row. As for me I can't eat my money worth because I don't have much of an appetite. But three days in a row, I did geta good sample. The prime ribs is good. I tried some taco at the Mexican station, it looks like a southwest than Mexican, but that's only my opinion. I tried the Asian station, the only thing that I like was a fresh made stir fry. The seafoodstation I like the sushi, it tasted like it was fresh made, but the Wasabi there looks like green horse radish sauce. It'snot real Wasabi. I cleared my sinus. The desert section, there wasn't much that I like. Everything there look like storebought desert, except may be for the Gelato which my husband likes Most of the items there looks to me as heat and serve. Thesalad bar is surprisingly good. Overall it's not a bad buffet. We will be back again. Read more
Las Vegas buffets are starting to open up, post pandemic - South Point has always been a favorite! Great food and great... service! Hats off to the chef and staff. Food is excellent overall. Similar taste experience as the high-end buffets you findon the strip. Their prime rib is grade A prime rib. And their buffet price is still very affordable - that itself is a rarefind. Read more
Nice layout. The display of food was excellent. Last time I was here, they over salted all their food. This time everything was... fine. Four things I liked. 1, they gave out straws without me having to ask. 2, the straws were plastic which I appreciatedbecause most of the restaurants in Vegas seem to be giving out paper straws now, which I don't like for multiple reasons. 3,they put out paper place mats which allows me to leave my utensils on, instead of setting them directly on the table. Most otherbuffets don't do that. 4, each table has it's own tray of food condiments, such as ketchup, mustard, etc. Again, most otherbuffets in Vegas don't do that. They had an amazing number of soup choices. More than any other buffet I've been to. The onlything I didn't like is that some of the handles of serving spoons at each food station would end up in the neighboring food. Icouldn't help thinking how hundreds of people handled that serving spoon and then the handle of it ended up in the food. Forsome of the food, It would be better if they had small individual servings for each item, which would do away with many of theserving spoons. Read more

Some of the items were very good! Some were not. The cheese blintzes, blueberry compote, mashed potatoes, roast turkey and fresh... fruit were all delicious. The prime rib was so tough it required a steal knife and was difficult to chew. For the price it was avery good deal!! Read more
