Every time in Las Vegas we have dinner at Gallagher?s Steakhouse. The steak is some of best I ever had. Lobster Tail dinner is... also excellent. Food was amazing. I ordered the filet at the bar along with a salad and old fashioned. Service at the bar was very good. They... were extremely attentive. However, the greeters spent more time talking to each other than greeting. When I walked up they bothstared at me. I told them I needed a seat for 1. Wonderful dining experience. Customer service on point, great cocktails and amazing food. I had their specialty: the strip steak... and if was fantastic with great flavor and cooked perfect. My husband had the Cowboy steak and it was a little less flavorfuland a little too much steak for him. Whipped potatoes were wonderful and so was the classic wedge. Pricey but comparable toother Vegas restaurants serving the same. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a Vegas steak night. Read more
Second visit to Gallagher?s Steakhouse, the first was Amazing!! Phenomenal experience and the presentation was Excellent! The... waitress and hostess are very polite and welcoming. Delicious Calamari to start and enjoyed the selection of drinks leading todinner. 38oz Tomahawk Steak was cooked to order, very tender and full of flavor. Thank You Chef!! We love the aging process andthe display in front of the restaurant. Finished our meal with Crème Brûlée and we will be returning soon!! I cant praise this place enough. The atmosphere and decor are relaxed. The servers are fantastic. My boy Scott knew his stuff.... The clam chowder was superb. The dry aged NY strip was fantastic, a perfect rare. The sides were unbelievable. And the dessertwas so pretty I didn't want to eat it, I just wanted to stare. Place has a nice display of steaks dry aging in the giant fridges next to the restaurant. Food was really good! I was very... pleased with the pork belly appetizer with the pomegranates and sauce drizzled. That was phenomenal. I ordered a dry aged NYStrip medium that was grilled perfect recommended by our amazing waiter who was from MI and the same area. He really took thetime to explain the menu and tell us which sides would be best and we got the smashed potatoes and creamed spinach to go withit. Went here for the first time quite staying at the New York New York for coaching. Great hostesses, our waiter was knowledgeable... of wines and the menu, as well as being a great human. Got the Bone In Rib-Eye with the Creamy Spinach and it was absolutely???? delicious. Steak is something that is easy to over cook when ordered rare. They cooked it perfect. Must visit restaurant. We enjoyed our date night on a Saturday evening. We had early dinner reservations for 4:00pm (we ate early to catch a 7:00... show). We were seated promptly and the service was top notch. We enjoyed shrimp cocktail and cocktails - all were very good. We both ordered the cowboy Ribeyes and they were good - not as delicious as we have had at other steakhouses - but they weregood. They were cooked to our liking but the taste was just just good. I added some salt to mine. The creamed spinach wasgood. We also loved the cranberry bread!
