The steak was extremely tasty and cooked to perfection. The creamed spinach was great as was the Caesar Salad. The drinks were... also very good. The service was attentive and got the job done. Now, to the 1 star missing: when I was greeted, I was asked if Iwanted to sit in the bar area or main dining room. I said main dining and ended up in the bar area at a table in the corner.Really? My family is in town and wanted steak for their last night here. We’re been to The Strip and Fremont St, so we were not up for... the madness. Ah, Fleming’s I’m Town Square is near my home. A last moment reservation online was not a problem! The serviceand hospitality here is exceptional. From the host, to the back service, and our server, Natalie, they created a lovely evening.A special touch with the GM and Front of the House Manager checking in and thanking us profusely. I’ve been here multiple times for their Tomahawk Tuesdays and it’s been five-star experiences every time. Their steaks are... tender, flavorful, well seasoned and well prepared. Salads and deserts are the perfect complement. If you let them knowyou’re celebrating a special event, they bring out a little gift for the celebrant. We had a great experience even though we were a group of 20. Fast friendly service is key. The selection of drinks were... plentiful. The appetizers were spot on. I really take being a foodie seriously! All around this was one of the best restaurants experiences I’ve had in a long time.... From Jack the server explaining the menu his favs, and working the room as well as being attentive. The manager Raul came overand introduced himself and asked how the meal was going. That always is top tier. Being a minority and represented were I chooseto spend my money is essential to me. I scanned the room and I seen no African Americans represented until I looked in thekitchen and I seen a Black male. Shortly the man came out and introduced himself and I seen he was the Sous Chef which tickledme because that kitchen was nothing less than very tasteful. The water boys/ bread guys, the people that package your food areall separate people! They have a system that works well! Now the food I have no complaints! The cut of meats, the sauce on thecalamari, the cheeses for the bread. And I had enough to take for lunch the next day! This picky pregnant lady was one happycamper! Consistently good. We had ribeye with lobster tails, very tasty. Also had the Mac and cheese, mushrooms and Brussel sprouts... which were good but a little tough. The old fashioned was delicious! By far the best steak I have ever eaten, you could cut it with a spoon! 8oz filet with scrimp literally melted in my mouth. The... scalloped potatoes where 9/10 cooked almost to perfection just a little mushy, spinach was 8/10 it was very flavorful just nothot enough, salad was 10/10 nice balance. Treated like a king, escorted in the back door to enjoy our own room like royalty.The drinks are beyond amazing, like all of your favorite bartenders are working at the same bar.
