My wife's coworker recommended this place... ???? We arrived between breakfast and lunch... There was a sign stating, "Please... wait to be seated by host..." ...sadly We had to wait a few minutes before anyone came out to seat us... ...even though itwas almost empty ???? The staff seemed less than enthusiastic... ???? Our food was prepared and delivered to the table in areasonable time... ???? Overall... I'm glad we came in Read more

No need to go to the LV strip to enjoy some meat and ambiance. This place hits the spot! Enjoyed everything we ordered. Looking... forward to patronize again (soon). Visited to watch the MNF game with a few other fans. Read more

We had a large party. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to sit during happy hour while we waited for our table. Bar seating was... for gambling only and the tables in the bar were all reserved (but sat empty). The service was phenomenal. One server handled aparty of 16 and the food was prompt. Food was good, everything was accurate. No complaints. Read more

I do not recommend this place if you dine based on customer service and food quality. Absolute waste of money. Had a reservation... at 1030pm stood up front for just under 10 min waiting to be noticed. Waitress gave us drinks, no straws and brought me a poorlymade Shirley temple and when asked to fix it she brought me a tea instead. My food came out room temperature. My son ordered aribeye and got a thin slab of super salty meat that cost almost $40! My husband requested grits with his lobster and it was sodry it was thick and clumpy. The salad came out AFTER our meals and the waitress didn't bother to even give refills on thedrinks until we were done eating. The restaurant was damn near empty, there is no reason the service was so poor and the foodwasn't fresh. I'm so mad at myself for spending my hard earned money on this horrible place. Highly inflated prices on top of itfor the food quality. Will NEVER go back to this place! Read more

Value- 5/5 Price - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Appeal- 5/5 Portions - 6/5 Happy hour ends at 6. Overall an impressive location. The food... was great and staff was prompt. The portions are pretty large but the price is fitting. I personally shared an order. Stake wasordered medium rare and came out a bit blue which is okay to me and understandable with how thick of a cut it was. I alsodidn’t give it time to rest and not sure if they did. Regardless it was amazing, was pleased to see they didn’t have steaksauce on the table. It’s a real and quality steak house. Read more

You can also sit at the bar and eat there too. They have happy hour daily as well. The prices are a bithigh, but it is a steakhouse so its reasonable. Really nice portions. The food was good came out quick as well. Our server Nickwas great attentive and quick. Definitely enjoyed myself will be back! Read more

I love this spot. When it's happy hour I normally get a lot of appetizers (I like a variety). Cory & the chef did me a solid &... put all of those items on 1 tray (per my request) instead of 5 plates. They made it look decorative too. My other favoritething is the deep fried lobster. The Australian wine is good too. Read more

I have spent many a night at this location when it was The Roadhouse, a country and western dance hall that served food. Then... Stoney's Rocking Country took it over with the same emphasis: dancing first, food second. Now it is FireRock Steakhouse. Thecountry flavor hasn't changed, but the dance hall is gone. Now the place is a full-fledged restaurant...and a dang good onetoo. How can you eat at at steakhouse and not have steak???? I had the ribeye. Juicy, fatty, meaty, delicious. I am a mediumrare person and my steak arrived perfectly pink. It's an art to cook the steak just right and this steakhouse has this down. Thesalad was surprisingly fantastic. Fresh greens (no iceberg!), crunchy croutons, flaming red cherry tomatoes mixed it with upwith a rich, unctuously cheesy blue cheese dressing. Everything was cracklingly fresh, even the proud greens. The bread arriveshot in the pan it was baked in. Salt and herbs are baked into the top, which was brushed with butter before baking. The brusselsprouts were also cooked correctly and were buried in crumbled bacon. A perfect combo of crunch. The only thing to disappointwere the green beans almandine. The beans were overcooked and had little flavor. The bar takes up the front part of therestaurant and is hopping. Plenty of TVs for game days. If you love all things western, you will appreciate the decor. It'scowboy everything. Folk art, paintings, photographs. Made me feel like I was back home in Texas. The food is not inexpensive, especially after the pandemic. But I found the prices appropriate for the food quality. The restaurant is a 45-minute drive frommy home in the Southwest. Call me any time and I will mount up my SUV and head out. I love this place! Read more
