It?s been a while since I?ve had Firehouse, might be my last for a loooong time. Don?t get me wrong, the sandwiches were good,... however, the cashier rang my order wrongly, but the sandwich was eatable. What makes me and my family not want to come back,was the guy behind the counter making our food, his beard was out of control and his long hair was not in a hat or haircovering. Only one person behind the counter had the proper gear on for food handling. There was also a bottle of cleaner andtowel left on the table next to us. All of the tables were dirty and the place wasn?t busy at all. We were the ONLY customers inthe restaurant. The soda machine looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in months. This was my first time having Firehouse and it will be my last. Food was ok. They only have white or wheat bread. The manager... was not a very nice person. I asked where the line started(since there was none)she practically snarled her answer. She wasnot customer friendly at all. I was wondering why at rush hour lunch time, 12:30, there was only maybe 3 tables used and therewas no one in the drive-thru line at all. Very disappointed with this Firehouse. Read more
Bait & Switch. Zero integrity. Dishonesty. Politely asked why I was being charged $13.99 for the Large Firehouse Hero while at... the window (see receipt photo) when their own menu reads $13.59 (see additional photo). No explanation, no apology just a flat?well that?s the price?. Proceed to watch what looks like the manager run, grab a ladder and grab menu supplies from a top shelfand book it for the back door to go change the menu prices. I approach the manager and ask what gives? And why couldn?t youhonor this price and am told ?there is a price malfunction? again no apology or ownership just an excuse and zero resolution.(See other photo) watch the same manager changing the menu prices after blaming the error on a ?malfunction?. This is humanerror, lack of care and morals. This place is a joke and in today?s day and age still only pay their line level employeesminimum wage, evident by the handwritten Now Hiring sign that adorned their drive through window for over a month recently. Whoknows how long patrons have been getting overcharged with no accountability on ownership or managements part. Shame. Read more
This was our favorite Firehouse Subs to visit. We could not wait for them to open, because it is such a beautiful location and... the closest one to our house. The restaurant is clean and inviting. But the change of staff have made us not to go back everagain. Because they were so rude, unprofessional and impolite. They have made us feel unwelcome . We really hope that willchange in the future. I have spoke with the owner, when it happened the first time and he didn?t care much. We are well knownrestaurant Critics and we have 85 million views on our Google maps account and we have rarely seen that the owner doesn?t careabout customers. Read more

5 times in a row they messed up my sandwich orders. I always order an Engineer, No onions, No Mayo, with Deli Mustard. 2x they... forgot the deli mustard, 2x they added onions anyways and forgot the deli mustard still, and the last time they gave uscompletely different sandwiches. SMH. I would've gave it 1 star but the sandwiches was still edible. Read more
We are so grateful to have you up the street from our store and utilize your unbelievable flavors a couple times a week!!! Your... drive through is so convenient and the team is on point getting the food out quick. I left my store and was back in exactly 15min unbelievable I am north of Blue Diamond. DO NOT use mobile app at this Firehouse Subs. I placed an order on the mobile app, got to the sandwich shop 10 minutes later,... and they had no order for my sandwich. I tried to show the employee my Aorder on the app on my order, and told me no ticket, nosandwich. I asked if he could check his system again, he just repeated to me No ticket, no sandwich. I asked is this the bestcustomer service you have, and he repeated his canned response once again, no ticket, No sandwich. Can I talk to your manager,he says, I am the manager, I asked if I can get my money back, he said use the app. So my friends, I do not recommend using theapp to order.
