The food was good. Some staff were lackluster, but all did their job. I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to tip the... workers. This must be one of the last hold outs to allow someone to tip workers that are probably not paid top dollar. It mayimprove moral as well. Update: I changed my stars to 5. I was able to leave a tip. The timing may have been ironic, but Ifelt heard and I feel it will help the young team that works there. The sandwich I got this time was aces as well. I am glad tosee the change. Read more
Love Firehouse overall, but this location has the WORST service for in person. Walked in at 1:30 pm today. 0 people in line.... Ordered 1 medium sub. Told me, sir it will be a 20 min wait. I asked why. He told me they have a bunch of online orders and theywill have to do those before they do mine. If that?s their choice that is fine, but this is not a location that deservesanything greater than a 1 Star for in person dining. Read more

Awesome place! Great location with the nice patio. Awesome subs, awesome service and the prices are reasonable for the quality... you get. They certainly have a tasty sandwich menu and always have a slice of pickle to top it all off! My favorite sub is ?Cajun chicken ?. Yummy! I love their subs. All the subs I tried did not disappoint me at all. They were all delicious! They havea huge variety of sauces! Firehouse has a rewards program which is easy to sign up for and use. You just need to download theirapp. Every time I come to this location the staff is awesome. They are always friendly and welcoming and attentive. Highlyrecommended! Absolutely THE BEST firehouse in town!! We recently drove into town from boulder and ate at the one closest to us (on... sunset/marks area) which was AWFUL. They are lazy at that location when it comes to sandwiches, further more the quality andquantity doesn?t even compare to this location!! Now THIS location on eastern, was fast and they can make some delicioussandwiches!! We took a chance by ordering via phone and once we received order, there was zero risk involved! Our sandwicheswere up to our expectations and the service was outstanding! Great job guys, we?d rather drive the extra 30 minutes to yourlocation than settle for the closer firehouse. Thanks again! Awesome place! Awesome food, service and the prices are fair for the quality you get. Huge variety of sauces! Floors should be... kept cleaner as I saw one employee standing around when it wasn't busy. Bathroom should also be kept cleaner. Overall good. Wewill be back! Read more
My favorite fast food sammies out there. I have changed my mind. After I found hair in a sandwich I contacted management.... Management through email said they'd have me come in for a meal to make up for it. The lady said she "Had to wait for theweekend to be over" to make it up. Never received anymore emails from that company. Never again will I go to a Firehouse Subagain. The employees (M) have long hair and don't take care of it properly. Read more
