The food was good. Some staff were lackluster, but all did their job. I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to tip the... workers. This must be one of the last hold outs to allow someone to tip workers that are probably not paid top dollar. It mayimprove moral as well. Update: I changed my stars to 5. I was able to leave a tip. Love Firehouse overall, but this location has the WORST service for in person. Walked in at 1:30 pm today. 0 people in line.... Ordered 1 medium sub. Told me, sir it will be a 20 min wait. I asked why. He told me they have a bunch of online orders and theywill have to do those before they do mine. My favorite fast food sammies out there. I have changed my mind. After I found hair in a sandwich I contacted management.... Management through email said they'd have me come in for a meal to make up for it. The lady said she "Had to wait for theweekend to be over" to make it up.
