I came to this spot to get a burger. I was not in a rush so I came inside. An employee by the door greeted me and said good... morning with a smile. I ordered my burger to go and something was wrong with the credit card machine. The very nice and politecashier Tammy said if I had cash. Unfortunately, I didnt have enough cash for the burger. I gave her another card and machinewas not working. I was more than willing to go to an atm as I know most people these days would just get mad and take it out onthe employees. She said it was ok, sorry for the Inconvenience. I told her I wouldnt mind going and coming back. I appreciatethat great customer service. Fast service too. Before I left I asked the other employee who greeted me what her name was. Shesaid Sandra. Sorry if I heard it wrong. They both looked at eachother wondering why I wanted her name but I said ?Thanks fortelling me great morning and thank you both for today, have a great day? they both smiled. Food and service are both always good. Prices could be lowered with such slim selections. I tried the wings for the first time... to mix things up and they aren't a favorite. I can't rate the atmosphere because I always go through the drive thru. Read more

They close at 11:30p because they're half staff rn. Which is understandable, but the lady that approached the window just... opened and looked at us like what did we want without a greeting or saying anything. Just gave us a face. When my partner askedher if we order with her or back at the intercom she said no we're close. So i asked her, about online stating they close at12a. And thats when she mentioned they are half staff. Again completely understandable, but she couldve started off with thatinstead of just looking at us like we were bugging her. Maybe she had a bad day, no worries it happens. So we decided to justwait until today to order. This time, we didnt drive all the way up there, we got the food delivered. The food was good, I LoveFatburger. But on both our sandwhiches one side was burnt, and the other side wasn't. Read more
