This little place had the best sauces. We were here at a slower time so the owner came out and added some buffalo ranch and... jalapeno honey mustard sauces to our Wondergem and Maverick sandwiches. Food was amazing we was in the Downtown area of Las Vegas and could not find nothing opened after 11pm, it was very annoying to... see a lot of restaurants close down so early. I was searching for some decent food and discovered this place last night. Thefood was very good especially the wings I would recommend get the 12 wings they are finger licking good. The fat... shack is a unique take on modern cuisine with a fried twist.I love their fat shack sandwiches, burgers and everything else onthe menu- you can not go wrong whatever you order. Their sandwiches are huge and crazy delicious !!! Deep fried Oreos isheavenly good- MUST TRY!!! They have amazing menu options and the food is so filling and delicious ????. Prices and portionsizes are very reasonable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and they get the food out very fast. We met the owner of therestaurant and he is such a cool guy and extremely nice and welcoming. Had an amazing experience while dining here with myspouse ! This place isn't only great for their food, but the vibe and customer service is everything ?? All food is amazing, the lemon... pepper wings and jalapeño popers are my favorite.
