Was visiting vegas & before my trip saw this as a hidden gem on YouTube so I decided to try it and it didn?t disappoint, The... service was great in this small family owned restaurant. The scallion pancakes w/ the citrus soy dip was so good mad that Ididn?t get seconds to take home, it was light and crispy. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious & even great the next day. Finallythe lou ru fan & Vietnamese iced coffee I wanted to order the whole menu, everything was worth the trip away from the strip. Getthere early?? Read more

Good experience for the most part. Ran out of food one day. Came back the next. Busy. About a 30 minute wait from walk-in to... food. Meal was authentic and interesting. Rice was a little undercooked on some grains and overcooked on others, which wasdisappointing. Tough to serve perfect multigrain rice. I commend them for making that they?re standard draw. The couple wasworking their butts off trying to keep ahead of the rush. They did a good job overall. I?ll try again down the road. I?m fairlysure this is the same peeps from flock and fowl/fat choy. Every Grain is a humble, unpretentious shop serving delicious food from a small menu. I love this place, here's why: Having... spent a lot of money at expensive 'fancy' restaurants in the strip and feeling thoroughly disappointed, I gave Every Grain atry, and I was so glad I did. Items tried were the Crispy Skin Chicken Lu Rou Fan, Dan Dan noodles, Sesame noodles, ScallionPancake, and the Hainan Chicken Rice. Every dish was delicious, tasty, and affordable. Both the fried crispy skin chicken andthe Hainan Chicken were very tender and well cooked, and I enjoyed the flavours and textures of the Every Grain rice blend. Ialso liked the iced Vietnamese coffee. Being a Singaporean, I think I can comment on the Hainan Chicken Rice with someauthority. I was heartened to hear that Chef Sheridan Su spent 7 days in Singapore eating 32 dishes to learn about the food, before creating his own take on Chicken Rice. I think this alone says enough. The rice, while not quite the same as theSingaporean version, was absolutely delicious and hearty in its own way. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and I thought thesoup and his own scallion and chilli sauces complemented the dish well. The rest of the dishes were excellent as well, andportioned generously for the price. The eatery is small and unassuming, and the front service is run by his wife Jenny Wong, who was very kind to us and made us feel right at home. As a result, Every Grain easily earns my 5 star rating. HighlyRecommended. Read more

You don?t understand chicken rice until you eat at Every Grain. The roast chicken skin is crispy, crunchy, thin, and bursting... with perfectly seasoned flavor. It comes with a side of bright sierra orange sambal (mild chili sauce) and incredibly fragrantscallion oil sauce. The rice that comes with the dish is perfectly cooked to deliver the juices of the chicken into your mouth, leaving you full of satisfaction. Are you used to going to the gym and then forcing a chicken breast down your throat? No, goto Every Grain after your lifts and get those protein grains with pleasure, not pain. My plate easily had a solid 30g of cleanprotein. The previous night we had dinner at Mott 32 and ordered the so called esteemed apple wood roasted duck. For over $100that duck could not even be classified in the same category of food as this humble but incredible plate of roast chicken.Everything about this chicken exceeded the over hyped dressed up chicken of Mott 32. If you?re actually looking for good foodEvery Grain is a hidden gem off the strip. The venue is like going to your relative?s kitchen and enjoying a meal cooked withboth attention and excellent technique. If you think you know what good chicken tastes like, you better try this placetoo. Definitely coming back for the Hainanese chicken next time too. TLDR: this place has food that tastes better than some ofthe restaurants on the strip Read more

Not your typical lu rou rice (marinated pork on rice) restaurant. The pork chop on lu rou rice wad good. The pork chop was not... over oily and side dishes were fresh and lightly yet well-seasoned. Restaurant served purple steam rice, which I found not goingwell with the marinated pork but it is not a deal breaker. Read more

What else can you expect from Chef Sheridan Su and his wife Jenny? The Lu Rou Fan was delicious, I was surprised at how good it... was, made even better with a pork chop. Crispy, tender, juicy, and flavorful a perfect pork chop. That was filling enough but Ihad to try Dan?s Dan Dan. I lived in China for over a year and dan dan mian was my favorite dish. I am used to it being spicybut while this version wasn?t spicy it was good. The noodles, minced pork, and peanuts make for a great dish and I was able toadd chili oil to spice it up. I would suggest the iced Vietnamese coffee. I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sheridan who wasactually cooking in the kitchen and his wife Jenny who was taking care of the customers. I saw many people were regulars so I amsure Every Grain will be successful like Fat Choy and Flock and Foul. Read more
