I?ve been here several times because it?s the closest location and I usually never take the time to write a bad review but I... believe this location deserves one. Each and every single time I?ve had a bad experience . Whether it?s the lack of goodcustomer service from the staff, or getting my order wrong. There was also an occasion where I was supposed to receive my refundand never did. Terrible location and terrible customer service. The pollo loco located on Fort Apache is far better quality foodand people. This will be the last time I come to this location. UPDATE: had to drive all the way back to the location in orderto get my refund, an extreme inconvenience. However, the manager Jesus had excellent customer service and made sure I wasrefunded and was very apologetic. No complaints with him at all, maybe just better training for the staff. Read more
1 Photo is all you need! The Absolute Worst El Pollo Loco in Las Vegas!! When I asked the Manager Jesus if he could ?PLEASE?... remake our nachos for us because our chips were stale (we ordered 3 chicken nachos) he immediately remarked with, if you?re nothappy with it, it?ll probably still be the same with stale chips, I?ll get you your money back?I didn?t ask for our money back,I asked for our nachos (1 order) to be remade. He was contentious at that point asking how we want them made, again, I askedfor chips that were not stale. And pointed out that the chips in their white bags were not stale, we would take a couple ofthose bags. Look out because this manager has an attitude the size of King Kong!!! Read more
This place is a breath of fresh air! I stopped for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The place was spotless, the counter staff... were welcoming and my order was perfect. This is how El Pollo loco is supposed to be! So much better than other locations inthe valley. Read more
I ordered in drive thru. The place was alone, no more cars. The lady who took my order was not nice, I asked her if I could do a... separate order and she said they only take one order in drive thru, I asked again and told her there were no cars. She said no.I understand a second order takes time but there were no more costumers. Read more
These guys keep burning the chicken and when I went in to talk to them about it because I eat there a lot. The assistant manager... acted arrogant and said basically it's an excuse to get free food and was laughing at me.
