The chicken breast was Skinless and not cut correctly. My wing was so small they could have kept it.
Upon arrival, I asked the staff if my order was ready since my pick up time is 4:15 and its 4:20 already, this staff answered me... ?oh they are making it? without checking if the order setting in the pick up area was mine, so I waited for 10 minutes which ishouldnt be since i placed the order online for 4:15 pick up, the other staff check if the order that was setting on the pick uparea was mine and it was mine? it was just so annoying because the first staff i talked was so lazy and make me wait, there is areason why i order ahead prior arrival so i dont need to wait and i can go back to work without being late. I love the chicken here. Also that they have broccoli and salads and coleslaw. The tortilla soup is also amazing! This was our... third time at the drive through at this location. This time was fine- the first time they were out of chicken. ???? The secondtime they were out of broccoli. I guess the third time really is a charm! Racist staff. They don't speak. Go thru drive thru and ride girl just says order when ready. Doesn't even say welcome to El... Pollo Loco or anything. If you have to have an attitude and don't like your job, move on. Basic common sense could go a long way here. They give... priority to drive through than the people inside they are staring at. It looks like 2-3 people are doing all the work and othersspin in circles. I had to wait 17 minutes for a classic chicken burrito. I didn't even get my full meal that I noticed 2 blocksaway. Read more
