Bones in chicken nachos? Obviously chicken comes with bones, I know that. But I?ve been to many other Pollo Locos and they... don?t include bones in their chicken nachos. Isn?t that weird? You don?t expect to be pulling out bones as you chew on yournachos. Had to stop chewing a few times because I either bit on a bone or a really hard bean. Service was good. This pollo loco sucks. I think it?s the only pollo loco I?ve ever received bad food from, and it?s been the case here 4 times... now. Last time I got chicken in my burrito so dried out it was hard to chew crunchy. Every time I ordered a Chipotle AvocadoBurrito, the cook made it completely different. The cook doesn?t know how to make menu items. A manager I believe namedLilly, called me back and offered to replace my order. She said I should come in the morning, since I guess she knows theevening cook doesn?t make the food right. I?ll pass Lilly. Hopefully you can just train your current cook to take the trashout, and hire someone with the mental capacity to make a burrito for the future. Also, please seal the food containers right,put napkins and salsa in the bag?simple stuff. Read more
We went inside for dinner at 5:30pm and there's no breast and wings available and asked for complimentary water cups and they... had none and no napkins in the dining room and all the counters, tables and floors were dirty and the bathroom was dirty, toiletpapers and water were all over the floor. Overall they need good management in this place. You would think that being on aFriday night and dinner time they would have at least be ready for the crowd to come in. Read more
Anthony, who took my order, was super nice! I noticed the place was very clean as I waited, and I like the way the young woman... behind the counter showed me everything inside of my 'to go' box before I left. (It's never fun to get home & something iseither wrong, or missing). The chicken was juicy, unlike the experience I had at the nearby Craig location last year, and thesides were ok, but kind of small---but every place I go to these days (Memphis BBQ or Popeye's) has sides that are about thesame/standard size. Since I'm in the area a lot, this could definitely become a regular place to pick up dinner. ???? Read more

Ordered a crunchy chicken taco. Received a soggy cold small flour tortilla with a table spoon of chicken onion and a piece of... cilantro for 3 bucks. Gross. Chicken was dry and they took away the self serve salsa area. They said because of covid. Wellbuffets are open. This place use to be good. Read more
