The food is ok but we order here quite a bit because my kids like it and it's on the healthier end of fast food. But this... location gets our order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Not sometimes, but 100% of the time. And not just little mistakes butcompletely different items and missing items EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I find myself getting my food at the drive-thru and having theneed to check the order and have them correct the mistakes before I can drive away. So on August 6, 2022 I visited this location and went through the drive thru. I had the coupons that come in the mail, so when I... get to the window the young lady told me I was missing a part on the coupon and yes I got a little irate, but I just left. So Iwent to get my coupon and after seeing that I had made a mistake I returned to the location to apologize to the manager, but hedidn?t never come to the counter, Just wanted to let this company know yes I was rude, but I kindly came back to apologize andthe manager on duty would not except my apology. I got food poisoning from this location (7/18/2022) after purchasing a 2 piece dinner, mashed potatoes, a side salad, broccoli,... chips and guacamole. I should have known the food was poor quality because of the taste. The broccoli and lettuce from the saladwas very old. I will not be returning to this location. Read more

I'm attaching images of a burrito I purchased. Guaranteed no one will be able to guess what it was. Did you guess an $8.50... Birria burrito? Probably not right? Cus theres no meat in this thing. I ate half, then disassembled it to take photos so you cansee the lack of meat. This is what almost 9 dollars gets you at this location. What a joke. I finally hit meat in the last 2bites, but 95% of this burrito did not have any. Super dissapointed as I love Birria. This ain't it though, do better El PolloLoco. Read more
First time at this location and definitely will come back here. I was greeted when I walked in, all the staff were wearing... masks, the restaurant was spotless, I got my burrito fast and hot. 2nd time I?ve eaten here and both times was disgusting smh. I LOVE el Pollo loco it is my go to fast food restaurant however... this one in particular has failed me many times. This time I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado burrito and everything way wrongwith it. 1. I felt like I ordered an avocado, beans l, and rice burrito due to it being barely any chicken in the burrito ????.2. I found a hard piece of burnt something in my shell which made me throw the whole burrito away smh.(pictures attached)3. Myburritos was cold. 4.
