The chicken I brought today was over burned and very dry. Eating it is like chewing a dry carboard. For all the people who will... buy togo from this place, please check to make sure what?s in the to go box before you leave. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Worst Location ever! Staff had attitude. Food was terrible. Rice was burnt and dry! Our family salad... was terrible! They forgot the salad dressing and on top of it all the avacado on the salad was old and had MOLD!!!! This isunacceptable! Read more
This location is the worst location I've been to in Vegas. Everytime I go here the girl that runs the drive thru in the day time... around 12 pm barely speaks English and messes up my order everytime. She never gives me napkins or forks and I get a bowl orsalad like come on the fork is necessary for those things and I have to eat in my car luckily I have extra spoons I've savedfrom other places.. She needs to do better because I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person she's done that too. Oh and alsoshe's not that friendly and just has a blank stare on her face then gives me a dirty look when I ask for extra salsas ???? Read more
We go to several El Pollo Locos around town. It seems like lately the people working are not as conscientious. They have left... things off the order, paid for but not included in the bag. And in one case, told me a gift card had a zero balance. I calledthe number on the card and was told I had money still on it. One location had the drive through open, but we had to drivearound after ordering to the pick up spots and wait for our order to be brought out. We really like their food, but service isterrible. Love their food. We have been here so many times and never had any issues. Food always tasted great, chicken was juicy and... always seasoned well. It tasted fresh and delicious ????. The general manager is very nice and helpful, she cares about thecustomers . The store is always clean and beautifully decorated especially for the Holidays. If you download their app you getgreat offers. Overall: excellent fast food Mexican restaurant with great vibes. Definitely recommend it. Read more
El Pollo Loco has done some in store updates. But the staff that serves the public just keeps getting crappier. I went in around... the 5th of October the girl ask me in broken English if she could help me I replied yes 2 chicken bowls. I look down at my phoneto pull up El Pollo Loco app I look up the girl standing there with a blank look. I show her the app to scan she replies can Ihelp you I said second time two chicken bowls. Now I'm sorry but if the manager is going to hire people make sure they payattention speak English! Along with understand English! This girl did not understand either. When I go into a restaurant andsomeone is new I cut them a break and I tried to help them along. I also try to be understanding with handicapped people workingand I have no problem either one of them. But before you come to America learn and understand English! If the management don'tseem to understand the problems that are going on inside their food chain they need to find another business to get into. MeI'll keep posting the negatives and positive of this food chain. One last thing they need to make sure food item are all weighedout to be the same.
