After not being able to get our order filled at the first El Pollo Loco we went to this location. We gave them the same order... and they said they were able to fill it. We ordered extra chicken breasts, extra flour tortillas and extra salsa. We receivedour order, paid for it, drove home(which was farther away than the first one we went to) only to discover that not only did wenot get the extra tortillas we ordered, we didn't get the ones that come with the meal. We didn't get any silverware, napkins,extra salsa. The salsa we did have was because we asked again for salsa. We had to drive all the way back to get everything wepaid for. Read more
First time I have eaten here since COVID. I was surprised to see they haven?t returned the lobby to normal. No drink fountain.... No salsa bar. If you want something you have to wait in line and ask for it. If this their new norm I won?t be back. I?m donewith the COVID restrictions. Time to move on. Read more

Just stopped in here to use the bathroom and grab lunch with my bf. The manager here (supervisor?) is amazing. He's so nice and... fast and efficient, he was always doing 3 things at once. He helped a trainee ring us up (and was rly cool about it to the kid)and was just always busy and upbeat, even when he gave us the bathroom code, which i expected flack for in this neighborhood. Heeven checked on us while we were eating, which I only expect at restaurants. This guy acts like it's his restaurant. Maybe itis? Place was really clean and functional, despite a bench that was clearly damaged by a guest. Our food was really good. I willsay it's vry cold in here for some reason. Elizabeth is awesome! She is friendly, and works with a sense of urgency. She's knowledgeable about menu items, and their prices... and is able to answer people's questions quickly. Her efficiency keeps their busy drive thru moving right along. Thank you, Elizabeth ???? Read more
