This was my worst experience at El Pollo Loco. I frequent this place for a good meal. However I went today and wasn't to happy. ... I ordered 2 piece dinners. The chicken was very, very small. Nothing like what I am used too. Perhaps it is because of thedrive thru. They don't expect people to look at the food until they get to there destination. Horrible. Do Better!!! Read more

Had the double chicken bowl. Almost as good as the double chicken tostada, but I definitely missed the crunch throughout. Had... the dining area pretty much to myself as it was quiet. Plenty of space. Read more

Wow I'm going to say a hard pass on this one it's very rare I hand out a one-star you really have to go over and above for that... to happen where do I start I ordered a chicken avocado burrito and instead I got a chicken taco I was told that's what wecharged you for and he walked away I had homeless people asleep in multiple places see the photos I ordered four piece meal andthe chicken was so overcooked that it was chicken jerky instead of what you normally are used to from El Pollo I only came tothe store because it's new and I wanted to try them out the tables were dirty the handles to the doors to leave had food pieceson the push bars during our meal we were non-stop harassed by flies in an older location I would expect that but that's neverhappened on the Charleston location this is a brand new location it's shameful to management if you have any doubt payattention to the date and check the store film of the days activity Read more
We had to order twice because the guy working the drive through couldn't get it right. Finally after giving our complete order... does he tell us that they have no cooked chicken breaststroke so he's going to give us legs and thighs. Nope, not happening. Wecanceled our order and left. Read more
