I usually love their salads but today! NOT!! I got this salad well maybe I should call it rice and bean salad cause the lefty?s... was basically non existent! Then when I asked for extra dressing the guy tells me they don?t have anymore. SMH but yet someoneelse was ordering a salad and they cashier didn?t tell them there was no more dressing. They were short staffed do when I cameI. I had to wait for like 7 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Today?s experience was horrible! They have truly lost acustomer! Horrible service and quality of food. Paid over 50 dollars and received next to nothing, ever thing was minimal and half the... things we had ordered wasn't even there. Lunch time and they had no chicken ready, cilantro dressing was water down, no horchata. Waiting was extremely long for someone... who is trying to eat during work lunch time. The manager was the only cashier, and the place had a funky smell. Read more
I?ve always gotten the tortilla soup and this location forgot the sides. When I went back in to get the sides they just threw... everything in a bag. The lady just crushed up a chip, a single chip and threw it all in a bag. Read more
This place has a staffing problem. The lobby is often locked and drive through has long lines and they do not answer the phone... either. Sometimes the food is dry and cold also. Other locations of this chain do not seem to have this problem. Wish them thebest but can not recommend this location. Read more
Ordered a fit bowl and classic tostada salad. There was no pico de Gallo in either of them, no queso, and no avocado. The salads... had no dressing on them either and were completely dry. The order specifically said those items are included. Don't bother goinghere. Update: I was asked to contact the store from their website. I received no response. So, not only do you get bad food,you don't get any response from their team. I won't be visiting another El Pollo Loco again and I suggest you don't as well.They don't care about their customers.
