Worst APP/online ordering experience! Ordered online, as I always do. Showed up at location at pick up time. I was treated... rudely by all staff. Stated I had no order and that they were too busy to help. States never got the order. Called customerservice number & yes I had been charged. 72 hours to get $ back and even the General Manager of the store assisted but was notfriendly and just flat out rude. "Zero" stars if I could. I order a 16 pc and only came 12 on my order I call many times and when finally someone answered the phone, it was a guy no name... no greeting only a simple YES! I explain what happened with my order and he said come pick the rest of your order and he hang upthe phone!!! No apology no explanation no I?m sorry! Two people asked us if we were ready to order within 3 minutes of each other, we were not, they were patient and courteous And ,... even though they were busy at the drive up window and, inside at the counter they waited calmly and politely while we made ourdecision.
