They have a excellent original polo bowl for $ 5.99 comes with flour tortillas or corn and a soda. And on your bowl you get rice... beans chicken tomatoes onions and cilantro. Excellent and you get a lot for your money nice serving size when you're on abudget. I recommend this place and this bowl if you love Mexican food. Read more
I love Pollo Loco but this was poor. Bought a 3 piece meal and a chicken wing was just inedible: literally tough skin and bone.... Tiny too. It?s robbery. The food was AMAZING! The person who took my order was fair. He appeared to be the manager by his attire and demeanor. Only... gave 4 stars because I was missing an item. I had to get back in the long line to get it corrected. However, it was worth itand the issue was handled promptly and courteously. I also didn't like the fact that the plastic ware wasn't in a sealed bag...overall, I WOUL DEFINITELY RETURN BACK TO THAT LOCATION... Twenty dollars wasnt bad for two large meals! Do not get the Mac N cheese...it was overcooked and slimy. The chicken was tasty. I would suggest getting the 4pc combo meal as... the pieces are tiny. I was lucky to get a breast and had enough meat for my little tortillas. The corn and mashed potatoes werealright. I probably wouldn't run to come back here in a hurry. Read more
Big fan of el pollo loco but was truly disappointed this time. Chicken was bit dry but good flavor. Chicken Pozole Verde soup... great! However tables were dirty and cashier didnt seem to really care like the cooks did. Still a fan but hope my nextexperience is better. Read more
