Got the bagel with the avocado spread and the apple pasty. Came in on time but the bagel was still super cold and soggy. No... crunch to it at all. The taste itself was very bland and just one note. The avocado toast at Dunkin's tasted much better. Thepasty was also cold and just disappointing. Just go to McDonald's and get their apple pie for better quality and flavor. I went after work to the Einsteins at Maryland Pkwy and Harmon. Las Vegas, Nv. As soon as I walked through the door I was... welcomed warmly by two employees behind the counter! They were funny, I really appreciated that after a long shift 12:00 am -8:00 am! So nice to walk in and see such big welcoming smiles! After a long exhausting shift! These two employees really made melaugh and smile! Please let them know they are amazing workers!! They change guests mood and make a difference! I haven?t beento this Einsteins in years, but it?s still very organic and spotless! The gentleman that rang me up gave me a senior discount. Ididn?t know they gave discounts for seniors. He knew by looking at me I was over the senior age limit.. I was very glad hedidn?t ask me for my birthday or I?d to see if I was I senior. I was happy to get the discount. He was a lovely man and politelike the other employees. I?m going to visit this location more since the experience was so great! I was there at about 9:30-maybe about 10:15 am. Please thank them. I love Einstein's and have frequented them for years! I finally found one by my home. Only issue, I think it was a new cashier,... and they didn't ask if I wanted my coffee hot or cold. They gave me cold, although I prefer hot, and they didn't toast my bagel.I did specifically ask for a toasted bagel. I didn't ask for hot coffee, though I should have. Let?s get this out of the way: I love bagels. This is my first visit and I hope there will be many more to come. Their spinach... bagel is so soft, moist, cheesy and just purely heaven. The variety of the bagels at Einstein bros is overwhelming, in a goodway. Prices are on the higher end as expected and well worth the splurge. The lady that took our order was very friendly andwelcoming. She got our attention before we headed out of the door to tell us she accidentally left a bagel on the slicermachine. I placed an online order at 11:05 was at the restaurant waiting for over 25 mins while I watch people who orders after me get... their food and leave. The girl at the register was rude and lacked customer service. She lacked any emotion. There was no careor concern for the fact that I placed an online order and still waited over 25 mins.
