Really good food except my order was missing a brisket bagel sandwich. Drove 3 miles and back for pickup but was denied my meal.... I wasn't about to waste more gas so I didn't drive back. Very disappointed. Update to post: I was contacted by customer supportand they were genuinely concerned my experience wasn't up to par and they made it right. That's how it's done. Can you let the host know that a bakers dozen is 13. I ordered 6 French Toast, 2 jalapeño, the rest apple cinnamon. Got home... and only recieved 4 apple cinnamon, when it should've been 5. The bagels are wonderful, just need to work on the service. Read more

Serenity and Hannah has always welcomed me to this Einstein Bagels with a big smile and with good customer service...

I especially love this location because the customer service is very attentive and prompt even when it's super busy so that's a... prime example of how you're supposed to take care of a high traffic area with no excuses on failing on customer service so allyou other restaurants and delis should take note of Einstein. I was disappointed because they took away the salmon spread whichis one of my favorites however I have a second go to thankfully which is the almond honey spread, although it limits thedifferent varieties of bagels I can try with it because it is sweeter so I have to go and purchase my own salmon spread out aseparate grocery store nearby. FRUSTRATED BY THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS!!!!!! Ive called corporate over and over but finally OMG.... we get good bagels from... there. So good So fresh So made to the order I requested. They weren't particularly busy but had a few tables. Employees were courteous and friendly. We were third in line and we were... done ordering and sitting down in under five minutes. I come here maybe once a month. In December I paid to pick up a drink and their machine was down. Ideally a refund would be the... best option but they give you these cards to replace a beverage. For someone like me if I don't go 1 month it might be 2 monthslater so this isn't ideal if it has an expiration date. Today I picked up some food as well before work. My coffee feltextremely light for something I paid 5 bucks for. I opened the lid in my car while outside to find a bunch of foam and only alittle above half of the cup full... what's going on? I'm always running on very short time so I don't have time to go and getit fixed. Just do better. Someone shouldn't be paying 5 bucks for coffee just to get half the size paid for. Read more
