Visited this location today, Positives: it was very clean, the girl that rang us up, Nashida I believe was very friendly and... helpful. Negatives: when I was ready to pay a brunette girl stood there and talked to a customer for several minutes (almost5-8min) and just walked away so the girl making the drinks had to ring us up. Messes up the order half of the time. 3 times I had to go back as they gave me somebody else?s order. And everything is so... slow, it always takes 15-20 mins for a simple order of 1 bagel with butter. Most recently I ordered bagel with butter but gotthem with cream cheese. Read more
I had an awful experience this morning. Went in to order a bagel sandwich to go. When I got to my car, I discovered they gave me... the wrong bagel and put tomatoes snd tomato spread after i specifically asked for no tomatoes or tomato soread as I am allergic.So I went back inside to ask for my order. A fenalr employee grabbed the bag from my hand as if I had done something wrong.They the bagel eith the correct bagel and no tomatoes or tomato spread. Handed it to me this time with no bag and no napkin. Nosorry for the inconvenience or anything. Not the way to treat customers. And to think I had left a tip on my card. Very poorservice. Read more
I love Einstein Bros. Been eating it for years. My go to is the All Nighter on an Asiago bagel. This morning I orders two of... those and when I got home I bit into a bagel with an old egg that was green and black. Whoever made this sandwich definitely sawthe eggs when they made these but I guess they didn?t care. Never eating here again. Read more
First let me say the service was great absolutely loved but.....the fruit wasn't as fresh as it should be and the cookies I... bought were past the fresh date by 2 days(it's the 29th????). Will add photos.Also I asked for a toasted 6 cheese bagel and itwas BURNT!!!???????? Read more
Very good bottomless cups of coffee. The bagel sandwiches are all tasty, the bagels are not quite New York bagels but they hit... the spot. The staff is usually friendly. It has outside seating which is nice in the spring and the fall. There always seems tobe a crowd hanging out there. Read more
They had nice looking cinnamon rolls in the display case, they asked me if I wanted it heated, but they didn't ask if I wanted... them to spread a 1/2 inch layer of goo on the top. I guess that cream cheese is mandatory. The lesson learned, it's a bagelshop just get bagels, and they offer those with multitudes of different spreads and 'none' is an option for those.
