Avoid buying food here, I ordered online at 09:45am, the site said the order was going to be ready at 10:10am, I just left the... place with the food at 10:55am. When I complained to the workers a lady asked me if I wanted to cancel my order since I waswaiting for more than 40 minutes. They gave me my order missing one sandwich and I had to wait for more 5 min for them to getthe 2nd one ready. I never been more disrespected in my life as a costumer. I do not recommend this place. Haven't been to an Einstein's since I lived further east. This one is good though. Service was helpful/kind, food was... good/better than the last Einstein's I was at (in Maryland). I'll be back. Read more
Went in with simple instructions, bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese on the side, just to complicated for this staff. 0... stars, this store should close, waste of space. Everyone at this location is super nice and friendly in the morning so it's always a pleasant experience everytime we come they... are super fast and the manager she is super nice to the bay and my wife you are in and out before you know it 2 bagels arearound 8 bucks so it's fast and convenient in the morning when you are on the fly and you don't want to eat too much I recommendthis location to anyone the bagels are always fresh and hot and if you sign up for the rewards they will give you a free bagelon the house since they gave us those free bagels we've been coming back Read more

Great chain with a variety of different bagels. The food is always delicious and we love their fresh baked bagels. They have a... huge variety of bagels and sandwiches and coffee too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They always treat me withkindness and thoughtfulness. They do offer some discounts and rewards if you download their app . I love the outdoor seatingpatio. This has to be the worst place I've ever been to. They never asked which bagel I wanted my sandwich on or how many eggs I... wanted. They couldn't make the drink I wanted because it was broken. Then after eating half of the first half of my bagel I findwhat appears to be a wrapping paper of sorts in my bagel in both halves of my sandwich. I'm never eating here again. Read more
