Cashier is rude you tell her she misspelled my name she looks at me says your stuff over there. While giggling with her... coworkers. Not organized because didn?t realize I had to come to the register two actually three times. Then this next one Iwent to ask her something and she just walk always. Then I went to get my stuff . She was already trying help some else before Igot to the counter. So I?m trying to pick my self around someone standing in front of me. Rather then just asking if I needanything else. So no communicating or directions on how they do stuff. This is the first location I actual felt weird aboutwhile being. Never again. Read more

Einstein bagels are the best. So underrated. Whenever I come to this location, I always see a million cars in line for... Starbucks next door but they are missing out. Einstein is a thousand times better. Read more
I seldom leave a bad review however, after today's 11/10/21 experience I just had to. This was our first time coming to Einstein... Bros and unfortunately a staff member named Sandra was very unwelcoming and rude. We went up to cashier to order their BrunchBox and thought we could replace the plain shmear that comes with it with a honey almond one. Sandra, immediately told us thatwe cant change anything in the box and it comes as is and that's okay. However, her tone as she was saying that was quite rudeand the fact that she said it multiple times like it was something we can't comprehend was disrespectful. We preceded to tellher if we could order it separately instead and she said that they no longer have the honey almond and that it was a seasonalflavor. Anyway, before wrapping up our order I noticed they had plenty of honey almond shmear by the other register, so ofcourse i mentioned it. We still ended up getting the Honey Almond shmear but she was not very happy about because i overheardher telling the other lady cashier that they do not have it anymore when they indeed have plenty more up front. But through allthis, the gentleman taking the orders and the other cashier lady were pretty nice and are the reason i even gave 2 stars. Read more
Perfect place for breakfast! Loved their collection of bagels! They have recently introduced avocado sandwich for a healthy... twist to your breakfast ! If you want to watch calories try their everything bagel with egg for protein. My favorite is theirgreen Chile bagel with the perfect heat! They do have outdoor dining too! Read more
