One of them I was literally... in the store when he was here and he completely started off being a jerk and told the girl she doesn't deserve to have a job. Ihad to step in and tell him to have some respect towards your fellow human. These people work hard here and are very KINDPEOPLE.)? I have gone there three times and each time they either don'tprepare the order correctly or it takes entirely too long. Today I waited 30 minutes to get a sandwich. This morning we ordered some sandwiches and bagels and they ran out of the jalapeño bacon bagel. So upset that after waiting... for our food they couldn't fill our order unless we chose a different cheaper bagel, we returned the loose bagel order. However,the manager was so nice. She apologized and refunded the entire order, gave us a free sandwich the next time we would come in,and gave us the rest of our order for free. She went above and beyond. You could tell that she really wanted us to come back inthe future and we will. That manager should get a promotion. I wish all customer service was like that. Read more
