Super delicious sandwiches! The only reason the rating is not a five is because it took about 20 minutes for us to get 2... sandwiches. There was no one waiting before us and it made no sense because the place looked empty. Other than the long wait,the Chicken chipotle sandwich I tried was SO good. While I was walking around the Fashion Show Mall, I got a little hungry and couldn't resist the Earl of Sandwich. I normally go... to the Palms food court location and I'm glad that this location is just as good. I ordered my usual Original 1762. Thesandwich came out real good and the staff was nice. Pretty clean and well- maintained location as well. I definitely will eathere again whenever I step into the Fashion Show Mall. Read more
Awful! This place obviously has a shortage of staff issue. We waited ages for breakfast in an almost empty restaurant. Our order... was missing a third of the order and what did arrive was missing items. When we complained we were told to cut the cook someslack as it was their first day and didn?t fix the issues. They also don?t do hot drinks so had to go elsewhere for a coffee.Always get such good customer service when visiting the US, not in this place. Avoid! Read more
Honestly I loved my sandwich. But I could only give 3 stars because the kids sandwich was a joke. A half piece of bread, one... small slice of cheddar, nothing else for more than 5 bucks. It was so bad my kids thought I had only given them bread for lunch.After we returned to our room I looked online to see if it is common for the kids sandwhich to be so bad. Online it states thatthe kids grilled cheese should have cheddar, mozzarella and Swiss. They informed us their delivery was not in yet and they onlyhave cheddar. No big deal. But they should've added more cheddar to replace the cheeses they did not have, not shorted ourchildren on the food I paid for. So while I enjoyed my sandwiches, my kids got a horrible product and I ended up having to buythem another lunch elsewhere. Read more
Earl does have the best sandwiches, the staff and mainly the manager that was so welcoming not only that! what caught me was how... clean and organized they were there at the fashion show mall location, especially the manager in the black shirt she always havea positive welcoming attitude and my sandwich was made so fresh I love this location is why i only come here thank you earlstaff and the manager especially keep up the clean organized fresh food and positive Attitude best of luck! We usually love this place to eat at, sandwiches are pretty good. Today was a different story... took 30 minutes to get our... food. One girl, who was very sweet was taking orders and making sandwiches while 2 other employees sat in the back chatting. Thefood was decent, but salad had more parmesan cheese and croutons than lettuce. Not sure if we will be back to this location. Read more

Waited 20 minutes to get our food after ordering. Employees to busy talking to each other than preparing the food, three other... orders were waiting for their food as well. We are looking at each other wondering when our food was going to be ready. My wifewent up to ask for our food and it still took awhile. Finally get our food, my roast beef sandwich which is supposed to be hotwas luke warm and cold in some areas. Will never eat at this establishment ever again. Read more
