My favorite tasting menu hands down. I've done many Michelin rated establishments (Alinea, Quay, Robouchon, Schwa). While I have... greatly enjoyed those experiences, e' brings a level of whimsy and joy that move it to the top of the list. Read more

É is not just a meal, it is an experience. Very expensive, but worth it if you consider it both dinner and a show. There are... about 6 chefs plus a sommelier for 8 guests. The chefs create a meal in front of you (kind of like sitting at a teppanyakitable) using different modern techniques. Each course is basically a small taste of something unique like the champagne sangriabubble that burts in your mouth or a tree that you eat which tastes like an olive pretzel. There were about 14 courses and weliked most, but not all of them. For example, the cotton candy empanada stuffed with foie gras fell kind of flat. Must beadventurous and willing to try whatever they put in front of you. Read more

This is definitely one of the best restaurants I have been to if not the best. Ordered a few tacos, with the steamed buns, an... aquas Fresca, and a mango fried rice dessert. The waiter was very friendly and attentive and even gave us a free churro withMexican hot chocolate. Read more

This was a menu that felt authentic, and it didn't feel like you were playing it safe or dumbing it down for the basic Las Vegas... tourist tastes. We found it refreshing when initially comparing all of our dining options. Everyone else seemed to have similarofferings to one another with just slight twists on vibe and aesthetic. Your food stood out in a sea of similarity. Weappreciated that you were catering to people who actually appreciate dining and advanced flavors. It was our favorite meal inVegas, and it was priced very fairly in comparison to all the other meals we ate. It was the only meal in Vegas that exceededour expectations and wasn't over hyped. We will be back, and we will recommend! Read more

The most unique dining experience I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Worth every dollar. Spanish wine tasting paired... amazingly well with the dishes they were paired with. They take reservations three months in advance, and they go fast. You mustpay in advance. Dishes are not for those unwilling to try new things. Almost medium rare steak, caviar, foie Gras, and otherbold flavors. If you are are not open to new and bold flavors and ingredients that may take you out of your comfort zone, youare better off visiting one of the many other restaurants in Vegas. 2 people and Spanish wine tasting ~$1300. This is a high-end experience, but it exceeded my expectations at every turn. Skilled preparations with the finishing touches in... front of you in a casual conversation with the chefs who make the whole dinner fun. 3 hours flew by. Absolutely incredible; thebest meal I’ve ever had. Read more
