The only reason I?m giving a low rating is because i visited late might on 10/19 and I know i wasn't the most punctual person on... timing but i was met with a girl outside working the drive through who looked very annoyed and unhappy, I kindly placed my orderand went to the window to use apple pay. Thats when i realized she placed my two drinks in wrong and was overcharged for one ofthem. I order just a deconstructed rebel and a chocolate milk for my brother, the rebel was placed in without the deconstructionand the chocolate milk as a mocha with coffee instead. I still even tipped because i felt bad for being a bit close to closingon my time of arrival but kind of disappointed by the customer service mostly due to being a prior dutch bros employee Iremember customer service being such an important aspect of the job. Im unsure if i upset the worker with my timing or what butI don't think i deserved being overcharged and getting wrong drinks. I am an occasional coffee drinker and NOT a Starbucks fan. Dutch Bro has solved my coffee woes. It was my first time at a... Dutch Bros and I was extremely impressed with the coffee. We got multiple drinks to try. The Americano was perfectly balancedwith no hint of a burnt taste. The Vanilla Chai Latte was equally impressive - light, creamy, and not too sweet. Last was aseasonal Carmel Pumpkin Brule which again was balanced and not overly sweet. Dutch Bros was a wonderful treat this morning ????and we are glad to have went. Read more
That place is good of course everyone knows that but Wyatt is rude and basically sucks I think he's tha manager. I told him how... my drink was was regular milk and not what I requested after waiting in a 30-40 minute line I had to wait in another 20 minuteline when I needed to be somewhere to top it off I'm lactose and tolerant or else no big deal. Left early for work to try this newer location which is right on the way. Likely just going to skip the before work sugar rush... if this is expected service level or just go on off days when I'm not on a time rush. One order taker managing the drive throughline, I imagine doing their best. Their card reader was down so all payments were done at the window. No receipt offered(I'llnormally decline unless it's a larger amount). Overall it's fine but my experience was less than expected. If I could give this place a zero I would. First off the line is extremely long. when I had placed my order I wanted the... seasonal pumpkin drink. For two mediums they came up to 15.50 but the lady failed to inform me that there was an extra chargefor the pumpkin topping in which I did not want to order in the first place. Will not come to this place again. Staff needs tobe retrained on their menu items. As a coffee consumer I hate to be bombarded when I first pull up and not given a second tolook at the menu to ensure that I wanted that option.Shame on Dutch Bros to have disregarded for their customer. So glad this location is finally open! HOWEVER...what is with the rap/hip hop music blaring outside. I would have sat down and... enjoyed my coffee there, and probably got a 2nd one to go, but couldn't stand to listen to that. There was a group of patronswaiting for orders, NOT late teens or early 20s, that were not at all comfortable with some of those lyrics. Unsuitable forchildren in my opinion as well. Such a welcoming environment. All the staff was super friendly and our orders came out quickly and with a smile. Wyatt, on the... other hand, really stood out to me. His customer service was above and beyond and didn?t hesitate to help with any questions orconcerns I had. Loved it! Read more
The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because of the line to the drive thru. Dutch Bros uses the zipper method, you are... supposed to pick the shorter line. Not doing so can and will result to other cars getting in front of you even though you werethere first. Other than that that I love this Dutch Bros, everyone is always super friendly even at 5 am, the coffee isabsolutely delicious. I always get a Tosted Mallow Dutch freeze with carmel around the cup.
